Came in for a rose gold look, when my hair is already lightened to blonde. I know rose gold is difficult to dye because there are so many varieties. I came in with several pictures, both of what I liked and didn't like. Eventually left with purple looking hair that immediately faded after one condition. Went back in to get the color adjusted and had a better color the second time, which they did do for free. However, for a first time client I didn't feel very welcome to come back again, and my experience the second time in the salon was very uncomfortable and awkward. Staff was mostly friendly, but not my favorite salon experience, especially when I'm paying $100.

I received the worst haircut at this salon. The hairdresser didn't listen to what I wanted and then proceeded to part my hair on the wrong side of my head. When I left the salon I had the most awful mushroom layers and crunchy wet hair. I'm still finding uneven long pieces and am having to go to a different salon to have it fixed, save yourself the trouble and go to a better salon like The Standard.

they ruined my hair when they bleached it, totally damaged, they don't know what they're doing. I wanted purple and it was black with a hint in the sun then brown after 1 wash! dont't go!! horrible custumer service too, the owner and front desk are so rude!!

Absolutely terrible cut, chunk missing out of my bangs. Hair cutters hands smelled overwhelmingly like he had just smoked and didn't bother to wash them.

I got a cut and style with Dharma. She was great! I am biracial, and she is great at working with ethnic hair--no pulling, and she knows what products to use. My hair looks fantastic and I highly recommend her!
