I have never stayed at Ramada, and now I probably never will. While on a roadtrip, we pulled off the highway to get directions. We made the mistake of pulling into this hotel's parking lot for a moment to look at our phones so we could route ourselves with the GPS, and out of nowhere, a woman came out of the hotel and started screaming at us and gesticulating wildly (while our windows were closed and we couldn't hear her). I rolled down my window so she could speak civilly to me and explain what she wanted me to do (I was confused because again, she didn't knock on the window or anything, just started screaming—I didn't even realize she was talking to us at first), but she continued to yell at us and threaten us from in front of the car. I don't know who this woman was or how she was affiliated with the hotel, but she was screaming, threatening, and berating us needlessly over a simple misunderstanding. I'm pretty sure the front desk agent came out along with her and didn't stop this insane woman from shrieking at us, so Ramada is just as at fault for this horrendous display and I will certainly never be giving this hotel any of my money.

A once grand hotel, it is now showing signs of wear and tear. The rooms are still well maintained. Complimentary business center and breakfast, and a great bar that serves more than decent pub fare. The building is on a hill just outside and above downtown Morgantown, making for a quick drive into town.

Loved west virginia. Hotel was better than I expected considering it was booked by an employer two years ago. Good area. Clean rooms. Good shampoo products. Lots of choices for delivery. Didn't care for Sunday brunch seemed to be left over breakfast with a few lunch items and expensive. But overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was very easy to find. The room was clean, nothing special. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't open but I guess the hotel is closing in a month so they weren't interested in opening it up

It's been a long time since visiting the Ramada. Extremely convenient location. Basically right off of I-68. Perfect. The staff was very helpful and professional. We hit the lounge and had a blast. All very clean and reasonable. Dinner was outstanding. Definitely going back.

Great location right off the interstate and reasonable rates. It's also very quiet and in A safe area.

Has an old rustic charm of days gone by. Rooms were very clean. Ample parking available. Breakfast was continental but the staff was attentive and there are discounts available for hot breakfast in the restaurant.

I will never ever again use this hotel. There is a Morgantown Motel (not the greatest place and some would say a dump) just down the road from this hotel. I would rather go there and get better treatment, consistent honesty and pay what it is valued than to get bent over by this hotel ever again. You DON'T get what you pay for here. It is a shame to the Ramada name. Make a different choice when going to this town. Pay more to get what you want or go cheaper.
