Friendly Staff, Great Experience.
Room Services it’s Ok, just need to be more proactive.
Employee named Rudy is Outstanding, Very Professional, and in breakfast time,
he’s for far the Best.
Management Employees are awesome.

I was very happy with this hotel. The front desk person ( I believe her name was Abby) was extremely helpful and suggested a good solution for an issue we were having at the time. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I slept extremely well.

I have been here for five months through my job. I have found that Sharon at the front desk and Rudy in the dining room to be exceptional in their demenor and going beyond in an effort to be helpful to their guests. I can't say enough good things about either of them. They are an asset to the company. If you want a more thorough evaluation of my stay, please contact me.

The hotel is very clean.vthe staff was extremely friendly. Lobby seemed more like a home living room then a standard lobby. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

My stays here have always been good. The rooms are nicely appointed, the staff is friendly, and the location relative to the campus is nice. A few nights a week, management provides food to eat for dinner including complimentary beer and wine. Sometimes the rooms aren't as clean as I'd like, but not bad. It's still my favorite place to stay while in Morgantown.

Great hoteljust needs a hot tub! Plenty of room for one. Also, the heated pool isn't really heated. We also found animal (cat I think) hair all over our sofa. Like it was bad. It is pet friendly, (we have shihpoo, but he don't shed) but they need to do extra cleaning for that. We were told that's what the extra $100 pet fee was for. ButI'm not so sure.

Service was fabulous, rooms were clean and very organized. Bathroom although clean the mechanics of it looked as though a 4 yr old put the finishes up. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. I would stay and recommend to anyone.

Was awaken but fire alarm, went outside and no staff to tell us what was going on. Breakfast was horrible and dining areas were a mess. Very little good option.

It's the hotel beside ruby hospital. I went up there to have a place for my family to stay while my mom had surgery. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond for my mom and the rooms were very clean and nice. It was fairly priced as well.
