We were wanting to use the pool and the hot tub but the pool was was freezing and the hot tub wasn't hot, it was Luke warm water. We we rented the room with smoking and were given a non smoking room. I had my service dog with me and I couldn't let people in to clean the room so when I saw the housekeeping people I would have to catch them to get what I needed for my room. The desk staff and everyone was very friendly.

Nice and clean with very professional front desk staff and prompt service. Very neat and clean breakfast area with a nice selection for a mostly cold breakfast. The coffee could be better. Clean rooms and friendly staff. It was also very quiet on the 3rd floor. I will stay there again if I need a local hotel.

Great room, very comfortable beds. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but the coffee is some of the best I have ever had. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great value. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean room, beds, and bathroom. 125 Dish TV channels. Great water pressure and temperature for the shower. Free continental breakfast, fresh made waffles, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, lots of healthy options.

This is a great little place to stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Bathrooms could use an update but clean. Super friendly staff are knowledgeable of the area and events. Not much of a breakfast regular cold items and hot eggs and sausage with biscuits every other day. We stayed 4 days. Pet friendly. Fitness room pretty nice. Several places to eat especially the cattleman's steak house just down the street. Amazing. Will stay here again.

Stayed for 3 weeks and it was good. Maids were so friendly and cleaned awesome! The pool is too warm. Breakfast is simple.

I frequently stay here when in town and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. When my dad passed away, a lot of my out of town family stayed here and everyone was so wonderful to my family.

It was clean. Nothing special but it certainly didn't turn me off. I like it better than the place next door. Next door is about $20 more and the only thing better there is the breakfast. When I come to do work near Mt.Sterling, this is the only place I go. Quiet, clean, close to food.

Room was clean but small. The event hostess had to ask for the correct tables needed to set up the event. There was NO changing table or infant accomadations in the restrooms.

The bed was a king size bed which was nice and the bed itself was clean and so comfortable. Also they supplied 6 pillows which were very comfortable!
