I called on a Tuesday about a used Durango on their lot. Asked how flexible the price was that was advertised. I was told that it had been recently lowered so not very flexible however they do not negotiate over the phone so come in and take a look at the vehicle and discuss it. I explained that I lived 4 hours away so didn't want to drive that far if not flexible on the price. The answer was the same. I decided to take the drive and when I arrived I test drove the vehicle and asked about a couple of flaws I had noticed. They had their service department look at it and asked me to come back in an hour to give them a chance to take a look. While away I was phoned that the problem was fixed and come on back if I was still interested in the vehicle. I returned on time but the salesman was absent even though he established the return time. 30 minutes later he returned and presented me with the paperwork for the vehicle because I desired to make the purchase. The number presented was exactly as listed, which was fine but when I said I wanted to pay less I was told "Well I am sorry you made the trip". No discussion, no remorse for wasting my time, nothing indicating that they were interested in my business. 60 seconds after presented with the paperwork I was headed out the door in disgust at the attitude I was given. I am a cash buyer and had my brother with me to drive home the vehicle after the deal was completed if that was how it went. I was treated like they thought I was a deadbeat and wasting their time. I wasted 8 hours driving and 3 hours at their store. I hope you have a better experience if you ignore this review.

I had purchased a truck recently and had a great experience although things didn’t work out with the truck they put me into a vehicle of my choosing and really gave me a good deal! They took a frustrated customer and put a smile on my face and treated me like a true friend! I have recommended many people to buy from here and I will continue to do so for the future! Thanks guys! I love my new jeep!

Jeff Knudsen and Gabe Lopez made for a great buying experience. No pressure, no games, no bait-n-switch just straight forward, honest, and great service. One of the things I particularly liked was that they didn't talk down their competitors products. Rather they just highlighted performance characteristics and options offered by their brand. I would highly recommend them and the dealership.

It was a great pleasure working with Jay & Bruce they made the purchase of my new Jeep very quick & painless in less than 2 hours. Not like most dealerships Jay listened to what I wanted and that's all we looked at. Once the final decision was made, we told Bruce the price range I wanted to stay in & he made it happen without the back and forth bartering. Meanwhile everyone was laughing & talking making it enjoyable to be there. We will most definitely be using them again for our next purchase in the future.

Our salesman Jeff Knutsen was awesome, informative and not the pushy salesman that have ruined car buying. At signing (not sure of his name) assuming the finance manager was also great to deal with. My wife and I pay attention on how well people interact with us and our kid. Both of these guys did great. The process could have been much more smooth.

Bruce and Bryan were amazing and I had a great experience! They really took the time to know my needs and find me the right vehicle at the right price. Jay and David were very helpful on my first trip in as well. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and great to work with.

Great price. I really like the truck. (2017 Ram 2500) salesman had a issue with owning a little mistake. Not a big deal but trying to cover it up was the issue. Dealer took care of it and it is all good. Just didn't have to be that difficult. Moral of the story. " Memory is not reliable.. get it in writing"

Had a great experience working with Rairdons of Bellingham. I made an after hours inquiry into a vehicle of interest on-line. To my surprise, Jeff Knudsen responded promptly that evening. A quick follow up in the morning and after a 1-1/2 hour drive north, I was turned around and headed home with my new vehicle within a couple hours. Jeff was very upfront and the experience was seamless working with David, the general sales manager. Definitely recommend these guys, thanks for the great service.

This is my 3rd time dealing with Jay LeClair. There is a reason I keep coming back to him and why I recommend him to all my friends. He warm, welcoming and has tons of knowledge about these vehicles. I trust him. He goes out of his way to get you into the right vehicle at the right price. I will definitely be seeing him again when I'm ready for my next new ride!

Best place to get a new car hands down! Bruce worked so hard on getting me the best deal possible. Larry and Jay helped so much with finding the right car and showing me all the features on my new car. And Jason was so wonderful to stay and make sure my paper work was done before he left so I could leave with my new car. They really are wonderful team and do such an amazing job making customers happy. Thanks guys! Couldn't be more happy with my new Dodge!

I had my car detailed by Ryan in April of 2016. I was amazed by the job he did. The attention to detail was remarkable. I could not be more thankful for the care he took to ensure that not only the car was clean but that my sons batman sticker stayed in the proper place. This experience made me feel valued as a customer. I will continue coming back to get my car serviced and detailed here.

Ryan in the service department is always amazing! He always gives excellent service and is a delight to talk to. I've had to take my Jeep in several times to have some work done and despite being stressed out he always makes sure I take my Jeep back home stress free. He is a mechanic you can count on to get the job done right the first time without cleaning out your wallet.
