The salesmen and financing guys were awesome. See Titus Price. He will help you out. I had a good car but a terrible type of loan on my Corolla from another state. They worked super hard to help me get out from under that and get a new vehicle I wanted.
The seat in my Camry was ripped in the center of the passenger seat after being worked on by one of the mechanics. He denied it even though my husband and I could see a tool in his back pocket that was in the perfect position to have made the tear when he worked under our dash. It was a very large tear, not something we would not have noticed in my nice clean almost new pride and joy. I complained all the way up the chain of command until reaching the owner. She wrote me a condescending letter saying she believed her mechanic over my husband and myself. They would not repair the damage. I am writing this many years after this happened. My husband has since passed on and I have retired from my career as an RN. This incident still upsets me.
We purchased a vehicle from here and expected the same service we received at Rodland Toyota in Everett but sadly we did not. It wasn't horrible service but definitely not what we expected. We then took the vehicle in for an oil change and, honestly, the service team acted as if they didn't care for their customers and the car wash left so much dirt on the vehicle it was almost pointless. Anyone considering this dealership should seriously consider taking the drive to Everett, you won't be disappointed by the level of service at Rodland.
My service was definitely a rush job, none of the fluid levels were topped off. Corrosion on a battery cables were left untouched. Oil change plug was not secured properly and caused leakage in my garage. I was informed that my Tacoma needed a new water pump after only having 24K miles. Really??
They did not have an explanation for the cause. Contaminated coolant??
Flushing radiator a service that I have never been offered at Foothills. Lack of routine maintenance contributes to problem like this. This service garage is not proactive for their customers.
Courteous, well informed staff, good discounts, great selection - enjoyed dealing with them. We got just what we wanted. Thanks Ed!!
I was very impressed with the service department, and especially Trevor. At 7:30, on my way to training, my truck started acting very weird on I5. Enough that I knew something was very wrong. I drove straight to Foothills, with no appointment, and was greeted by Trevor. He took me in, got me set up with a rental car quickly, and I even made it to the training on time. Well done. Highly recommended. He went above and beyond for me.
Took my daughter in for her first car- the experience was so great. Brett Lange our Toyota guy didn’t know that we were both looking for a car. He provided amazing service for my daughter, talking directly to her to find out what SHE wanted and showed her the options they had. From the initial meeting through finance we had the best experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
Bruce was our salesman and he was really awesome! Very attentive and very well versed in all things Toyota. He answered all our questions and was honest if he didn't know the answer. I really appreciated his kindness and enthusiasm! We'll definitely come back down to Skagit the next time we are in the market for a vehicle! Thanks, Bruce!
David Miller is the best salesperson I have met. He is very nice and friendly to talk to. He is respectful. He explained all the information I needed very well and he doesn't pressure you into buying your car right away. If you're going to buy a Toyota Vehicle, I recommended talking to David Miller. Foothills Toyota customer service is super amazing compared to other dealers in Burlington, WA.
My car buying experience here was very positive. The salesman, Peter, was very patient, personable, and helpful. The finance guy, Ed, was a really cool guy and super low-pressure. Jeff, the business manager, was great. I ended up with a better deal than I originally asked for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Good people.
Titus was easy to work with and very accommodating. Our experience with Foothills Toyota continues to be excellent. We have purchased many vehicles from Foothills over the past few years, and we'll keep coming back for more!
Bought a 2017 Tacoma for work from Titus Price. He was a great salesman who helped make the buying process a breeze. He was knowledgeable of the truck and its specs, and was able to give a little on the purchase price as well which was nice. He has had a few follow up phone calls to check in and make sure everything is running OK. All in all, a good experience.
The service department handles my Lexus on a regular basis and are ALWAYS helpful and considerate of the needs. Not a ripoff dealership. Costs less to service here than at home on my own. Plus, they offer coupons that you can earn for the next visit.
