I wanted to use Jerry Smith Chev, closer to the San Juan islands, but they weren't willing to e-communicate re: pricing, and when we stopped by, we got handed off to someone with limited knowledge of the '18 Tahoe trim lines and equipment (he had no idea what adaptive cruise control was). The process of placing the order with Blade was very careful, catching two HUGE mistakes of mine that would have left me with a '18 Tahoe I would have hated. Joseph Lotze did a great job. His brother is a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne, which was a plus for an old paratrooper. Costco turned out to be a better deal than USAA with Costco's holiday pricing/rebate. Congrats on the upcoming baby Joseph!

I cannot express my disappointment with this dealership. They will say one thing on the phone then do another when you get there. They operate like the old bait and switch dealers. Handing you off from one person to another so there is no accountability or the ability to make a decision. Very frustrating. I would NEVER go back there for any reason.

Q aka Quentin is an A+ salesman. Patient, accommodating and low pressure. and his follow up was not invasive at all or fake. Great staff all around. Ask for Josh if Q is busy. Anyway, will be buying a Canyon from them soon

My husband and I had a very specific vehicle we were looking for. We worked with Quentin Cobb. He was the best salesman we've ever had. He worked diligently to locate the vehicle in the exact color and at a terrific deal on the price. The buying process was a breeze with no hidden fees and we recieved a couple bonuses along with the great warranty and a couple free oil changes. It was truly our best buying experience! We also recommended Blade to our neighbor and he ended up purchasing through Blade too.

My wife & I came in last Sat 9/9/17 to look at 5th Wheels and was helped by Nick, he showed us a few options and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. When we came inside to talk some $$ he was assisted by Robbin. Both men made our experience very pleasurable. At no time did we fell pressured to make a decision or buy today. They gave us all the info we needed and were very responsive with a couple of follow up questions we had a few days later. We did not end of buying from Blade RV as we decided to go with our 1st choice of an Arctic Fox which they do not carry (Jayco was our 2nd choice) I absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a RVGREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

I just traded in a vehicle at Blade Chevrolet and appreciated Quentin for not rushing me as I made a decision on my purchase. I did not feel any pressure and there were no "games". They worked to make the final price lower than I expected and that was a pleasant surprise! Very professional, patient and painless. Thanks to them, I drove away with what I wanted.

Due to a water leak, my head liner had to be replaced, as you know this is a big job with alot of things that could go wrong. After picking my truck up I inspected the work and everything looked great. Hats off to the body shop for doing such excellent work!

My husband and I have purchased all of our cars and trucks in the last 15 years from Erik Adams at Blade Chevrolet. The fact that we have gone back to him every time (for at least 3 cars and 3 trucks) says a great deal about the type of person Erik is and the type of service he provides. He has given us honest, reliable, and hassle free service each time. Blade Chevrolet, especially with this last purchase a week ago, has made the car buying experience very easy - not back and forth negotiating needed. We were given a very fair trade-in for our truck and great pricing for the truck we purchased. Erik set up appointments for us to have some accessories added (even ones not through Blade) and has checked up on us to make sure everything is going well. Joe, who is a salesman there also and not even involved in our sale, helped out with setting us up for the Costco cash card to make things easier for us and save us time. We are very happy with the sales staff and with the service department.

Blade Chevrolet was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The level of customer service at this dealership goes above and beyond any other dealership my husband and I have done business with in the past. From the initial phone call to the final purchase of our new vehicle, Joe, Juan, and Reynaldo were more than accommodating in helping us find the exact car we were looking for. When the vehicle we initially called about had suddenly sold, Joe reached out right away to let us know, and then searched for similar vehicles in the area that fit our criteria. The crew at Blade went out of their way to make sure we found the vehicle we wanted, even if it wasn’t sitting at their dealership. The communication was flawless and we greatly appreciated the continuous updates – something you don’t always find in this industry. To top it all off, Joe and Juan were more than willing to work with us to get us the perfect price for our new Tahoe. Trust me, Blade Chevrolet is THE place you want to buy a car from!

One of the best sales experience to date, Mike Davis was great! The rest of the staff really understand customer service. With what Blade does for the community and the VERY generous blessing they provided my mom is why they got my business. After the experience today they will have a long-time customer.
