It was nice, we went there because we saw a show near the hotel and didn't want to make the 2 hour drive home after. The only downside is we wanted to go to the bar after the show and even though they said the bar is supposed to be open till 11, they were closde at 10:20. But other than that the room was clean, the check in ladies were delightful.

Most horrible experience I ever had lady at front desk was so ridiculous My fiance got cut in the pool and when we went to go report it she claims we were doing it to get a free stay and free breakfast. How crazy is that? After explaining to her Wat happened with blood in the pool she still let ppl swim in it.. How gross.long story short don't get a room here unless u wanna dirty place.

Definitely not what I'd expect from a Hilton hotel!! Made reservation through the app. Picked a room, wasn't ready when we got there. Told us a 15 minute wait, they never came to get us after 15 minutes. Went to desk asked about our room at 3pm, check in time, were told it's not ready and switched us to another room. This suite was not worth $160!! Badly in need of a good cleaning, repairs and upgrade. Only positive I have is the bed and pillows were ok. Definitely will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone else either. We will talk to a manager before we check out. 🤬

Touring comedians like our client, Jay Harris are no strangers to hotels and know what it takes to be a great property. This place has it all. Very friendly staff and the room is perfect, there's a laundry room and a swimming pool to use while getting your clothes cleaned. It's close to great attractions if you have the time, and the best of all is the free cookie when you check in!

Rooms are great. Spacious and clean. I had issues with my room being freezing cold. Maintenance couldn't get it to go above 60. They were accommodating and moved me to another room but same issue. Otherwise, the rest of the facility was clean. There's a bar in the atrium if that's your thing.

Very nice and comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed here for a night to go to a brewers game. At check in you get warm cookies which was a nice gesture. Room was clean and modern. Price was reasonable.

If you are like me and enjoy a quiet evening after work, this place is fantastic. There restaurant is a little slow, but they are super friendly and the salmon was cooked perfectly. The courtyard is a great place to relax and drink a beer.

Upon check in, service at front desk was rude. The room is very clean and comfortable. The courtyard beautiful! But, the pool! Yuck! I entered at 7am for a dip. The pool deck was littered with junk and flaking paint chips, and the drain around the pool not working. Therefore standing water turned to algae. I complained to front desk that the pool area had not been cleaned anytime recently. They told me they would take care of it immediately, however checking out close to noon, it still hadn't been done. This is a health hazard. There's no reason why staff can't keep the pool up and safe for guests. Poor management!!

Was an awesome experience, because the person who I staying with is at the highest level in their reward program we were given a premium room reserved just for premium level customers. At check-in we were given cookies and water bottles. The staff were very welcoming. When we got to the room we realized that we were given free breakfast slips for the restaurant and free premium wifi. The breakfast was quite nice even though one of the cooks was giving me the stink-face the whole time I was up at the buffet.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at in the Brookfield area. Looked really nice. Free cookies on check in, comfortable bed and room. Fridge, microwave and a safe. Only thing was the breakfast wasn't included. That was was okay. Checkout wasn't until noon which was nice as well

Renovated. Feels good. Loved the design all around: lobby, dinning area, and the rooms themselves. Only three floors so feels cozy, yet big enough.
BREAKFAST was $16 for two adults - included the usual buffet style items (eggs, granola, yogurt, three kinds of juice) plus a made-to-order omelette with everything you want in it - totally worth it.
Friendly staff. Pretty good warm pool and a decent fitness center (two treadmills, free weights, etc.)
