Absolutely a wonderful place! Service was outstanding! The restaurant was a little overpriced but that would be my only complaint.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Racine, was a very nice hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a friendly staff, all the things you expect from any Marriott hotel. Restaurant/Bar was nice did not eat in the restaurant we had our food catered in a separate meeting room. Food was delicious and plentiful. My only complaint is the same one I have for any and all of the higher end Marriott hotels, no complimentary breakfast.
Enjoyed our brief stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. We were conveniently located by the banquet hall, fitness center and swimming pool!
First Class period!!! Great size rooms. Best shower ever! Most comfortable beds and super clean hotel. 10 out of 10 star's if it was offered. You will not regret your stay. Friendly staff too!!! :-)
Staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Rooms were great and comfortable although would have welcomed a mini fridge. Great venue for a large gathering. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.
We attended a birthday party/reception at the bar. It's a nice facility, and very clean. The rest of the hotel looked nice too. If I had to stay on the area I would definitely consider Delta Hotels.
Experience was great! Newly refurbished rooms were well done and the staff was quick to respond to all requests. The hotel is under major construction which left only one operating elevator and a temporary lobby, but otherwise highly recommended.
The architect was very nice, the rooms are clean and modern. The shower was very nice as well. Didn't check out the pool but it looked nice too. Location is right in the heart of Mount pleasant, very close to downtown Racine. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Rooms are good, and customer service is great. However, the lobby is under construction and there is not ample signage to direct you where to enter and check in. I also had no idea the hotel was under construction when I booked the room, so it was a bit surprising. Overall it's a good experience.
The hotel is rather difficult to maneuver and not well laid out at all. It is also rather difficult to find the drive with the entrance to the hotel as well. Elevators are not marked with any signs telling you where they are located. The signs for directions are deceptive. The woman working the front desk who seems to be the one in charge of the front desk is not very pleasant to deal with over the phone. We had many issues with the room block we had set up for our wedding guests. Guests would call in to book a room on the block and hotel staff could not locate it or would require our guests to call and speak with sales to book a room in the block. Buffet was not well looked after and kept up when food ran out.
Wonderful staff! We left an item and called to ask if they had found it. They quickly checked and sent it to us in the mail. The renovated rooms are comfortable and spacious. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The hotel is going through much needed renovations. I've stayed here over the years on work related trips and consistently their customer service has stayed below my expectations. I checked in and was given a room on a floor they were renovating. After taking the elevator up to that floor I was promptly directed to another elevator a significant distance away. I asked for another room. Another option had been available the whole time. Not sure why I was even given a room on that floor to start with. Then later I had to call the front desk to confirm a package had been delivered. I literally called 6 or 7 times letting it ring through to the main line over and over before someone answered. I even tried to call the business office in hopes someone would answer there. Nope! So while they need a facelift so does the customer service.
