My wife booked this room for the rest of us and my in-laws because we were attending Navy graduation ceremonies at Grest Lakes, or soon is now a sailor! There staff at the Residence Inn were very friendly, thanked my son for his commitment and my wife and I for raising him so well. They also printed a congratulatory sign and hung it on the door, they did this for all of the Navy families staying at the inn. The room was very nice, it's was a handicap room as my mother-in-law is in a wheelchair. Our room had two bedrooms, two bathrooms a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cabinets. The beds were very comfortable, slept pretty good. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in the area.

Nice, comfortable, and clean. Easy to find and to get in and out. Friendly, responsive staff. Only real issue was with the size and organization of the breakfast area, which could be improved upon greatly. Breakfast quality was excellent, but crowded conditions prevented the attendant from keeping things refilled and cleaned, though she tried valiantly (and smiled while doing it!).

Customer service galore! I was pleasantly surprised at all that came with our generous room. The staff was so helpful. A great, spacious place for our family to come stay for our sons boot camp graduation!!

We stayed there for my son's graduation from Navy Boot Camp. They have a shuttle for the graduation ceremony and I HIGHLY recommend you use it. It will save you a lot of time. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. It was a nice hotel.

They were very helpful with questions and they even showed their appreciation to him for serving our country. I can't say enough about how great it was to stay here for 4 days. No complaints !

If I ever have a chance of staying here again I will. The staff especially the general manager and assistant GM were wonderful. Due to using points and other complications I couldn't book our stay with the app. I called the property directly and spoke with Jim. He handled everything beautifully. He managed to use two separate sets of points and booked two days while we could stay in the same room for the consecutive nights. When we checked in we found out we were upgraded to the two bedroom suite. It was beautifulthe beds were comfortable and white and fluffy. The bathrooms were clean with an abundance of towels and my request of extra lotions were even fulfilled. We really didn't need to use the fireplace, but heck, why not?!! The housekeeping staff was friendly and the food was very tasty. We were there for Monday and Tuesday when they do the mixer and dinner was just as good as going out. The property was well maintained and the pool was a god send after a day in the heat. Lots of parking even when they were sold out. There wasn't anything bad about this place and I would recommend it to anybody coming to the area.

This place was absolutely wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Being so close to the Naval Training Center, they host a lot of families going to graduation and provided a whole bunch of helpful information for us including local eateries, attractions, directions to the base, and even congratulated my brother on his gradation.
Its perfectly located to the NRTC, food, and gas stations.
Three amenities at the hotel are top notch. Great breakfast options, they offer a grocery pick -up, valet laundry service, and more.
If you're in the area for a military graduation, or even just visiting, you definitely want to stay here!

The residence is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, 5 min by car from Starbucks, McDonald's, Walmart and other shops. The service is great,there's an exercise room, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a shuttle bus (they gave me a ride to the train station and picked me up in the evening to get back to the hotel) and continental breakfast. The rooms are big,clean and very comfortable.

Great location, and extremely helpful with boot camp graduation. The hotel staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay awesome. They offered everything including arranging taxi service to graduation. Breakfast was great (hot buffet style) and they dessert hour was a nice touch. I asked for a funny cat photo in my room and extra pillows and they delivered.
