Wonderful location and rooms. Staff was generally friendly. Breakfast was good, not great but for free who can complain. Close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Beds are very comfortable and room was inviting. Bathrooms need updating but clean and has hairdryer. Pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were great.

Harbor Shores is great. Last year my guests and I stayed at Harbor Shores for my wedding. It's clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It's affordable, at least in the autumn shoulder season. More recently I went to the restaurant, Gino's. It's not as good as the Chicago ironical, but the good is solid and it's good for groups. Gino's did a great job catering my wedding. I'd highly recommend them as a caterer.

Bedding and drapes are well worn, and pillow shams had unsightly stains. Bathroom is miniscule, and tub bottom is stained. The beds are a bit bizarre, seeming to be air mattresses? However, it is nice to have a kitchenette. The location is great. The pool is nice. And the staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place with a direct view of the lake. Great value for money. The cleanliness can be improved. The complimentary breakfast has only limited options. Also, the indoor pool gets closed on certain weekdays.

Rooms were comfortable and moderately appointed. Pool/sauna area was dated but functional. View was fantastic, and had a private balcony from the 4th floor. Location relative to shops and restaurants is top notch. Most disappointing was a marijuana smell that permeated the floor for the majority of a 2 day, 1 night stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the view of the lake is good if your above the second floor and facing the water.the balcony is small with enough room for 2. The location is within walking distance of most activities. What I didn't like was being charged $10 a day for "resort fee" for booking online which had to be paid at check in.

Very well kept hotel in a fantastic location. They have clearly made a lot of improvements to this hotel with modern furniture, art, and bedding. We had a room on the back side, so our view was of the parking lot, but the other side truly has gorgeous views. The pools are unexceptionable, but clean. The continental breakfast was pretty decent, with waffles and eggs on top of the usual fare. The Keurig machine in the room was absolutely necessary because the coffee in the breakfast room was undrinkable. That is my only complaint about the hotel. Otherwise, we loved our stay and plan to book a longer stay next summer. All of the attractions in downtown Lake Geneva are within easy walking distance.

This place is so pretty and relaxing. We absolutely loved it. Only one complaint, when I booked it they said there would be a Welcome bag, and there was nothing. Would definitely go again.

A fantastic view of the lake and outdoor winter activity from our room. Loved the in-dresser fireplace which can produce heat and looks like a real one. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is very close to downtown so you can walk there easily. Price was right for Lake Geneva.

I'm giving you all a 10 star rating. I want to thank Ashley who worked the front desk. She has awesome customer service. You have a great heart and you made sure my fiance was treated with so much kidness. Ashley please keep up what you do. You went far and beyond to accommodate my fiance. We will be seeing you soon. I would recommend anyone to come to this place. The room we had was awesome. The fire place mantel was a very nice touch of class. The beds were very comfortable. To the management team. Ashley deserve to be employee of the month. My fiance and I were running late due to a bad accident my future wife was in. I can truly say Ashley you went to the sky and beyond to make sure we token care of. Thank you very much.
