***BUYER BEWARE***

I do not even know HOW this company is still in business. Ordered a $600+ exterior door for our party extension.

Was able to speak to a real human once! Didnt know where our order was, couldnt find it, and would have to "get back to us". Never did. Was never able to speak to a person again, always voice mail. (This is with a calling rate of every other day for 2 months!!!)

We have disputed the charge with our bank and will be getting ALL our money back. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM, THEYRE A SCAM!

We drove to their location as deccribe,The place is nice and the staffs are nice and friendly.We order 3 jacks from them and allthe jacks are of great qualities. This is a nice and a reliable place to buy from.Highly recommended

I ordered a gallon of adhesive for rubberized roofing on 8/18 and was told they could ship on my FedEx number since FedEx is the only shipping company that delivers to this address. They're in Elkhart, IN and I'm in northern Michigan which is not that far away it should have been here by 8/24 at the latest. I didn't receive the shipment and called back today 8/29; at first they couldn't find the order and then they said it couldn't be shipped out because the shipping Department couldn't use my FedEx number. This begs two questions: 1) why didn't I know that and inform me when they took the order 2) you have to believe they found this out pretty quickly why had they not contacted me 11 days later. I had a 10-day window to do this work so I just had to cancel the order and the work won't be done for several months more. Terrible service, can't trust them to execute -- don't order from these guys!!

I give this place 1 star and that is only because I can't give it zero. Customer service is non-present. I ordered a fantastic fan 1020 via the website after I called to be sure it was in stock. Waited a week, and the order did not ship. Website indicated waiting shipment. Tried calling multiple times to no avail. Only got an answering machine. Left messages, no return call. Left messages via their website messaging system. No response. I have no way to cancel the order other than to dispute the chargers since it has not shipped. If you look at their return policy, it appears they also do EBay so that is more than likely the reason your website order will just sit forever. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I would not give this place another dry cent. Simply horrible.

Good prices, if your willing to wait over a month to get your package. Oh and don't bother calling them, they never answer and voicemail is full. They wouldn't even respond to emails. I was days from taking it up with the bank as fraudulent charges. NEVER USE THIS SITE! Much better RV Parts siyes out there.

I have never dealt with such a ridiculous company before. Getting a hold of their service dept. is an absolute joke. They don't even offer a voicemail? What company doesn't have a voicemail? First they sent us the wrong part, that took over 2 weeks to ship, and when we called to have the issue fixed and replaced, they weren't even willing to return our shipping fee's. Where is our product? At this point we literally DO NOT even want it. How can you get a refund from a company that doesn't answer the phone?

They don't answer the phone ordered a step 4 weeks ago still haven't received itvoicemail is full for a company? No email no call back nothing saying it's back ordered or anything, they really stink. Can't even leave a message!!!!

Hard to reach customer service but we received our tri-fold sofa really fast and it's really nice. Easy to get in the 24 inch wide RV door. We love it! Plus we saved around $600 over camping world even paying shipping. Will order from them again!

I have no clue how his company is still in business. BUYER BEWARE. I made the mistake of making an order with them. After 8 weeks my order arrived but was not correct. No customer service. I was told the manager was in a meeting when asked to resolve the situation. Called numerous times with out returned communication. these people simply do not care. And it clearly it reflected in their reviews.
