I was the lucky recipient of an RBH Ultra 3 speaker that I won in a sweepstakes. When I was contacted by RBH as the winner, they clearly explained how to have the speaker cut to fit my home and it was shipped in just a few days. The speaker was packed very well and arrived unharmed. It is probably the nicest looking soundbar I have seen and the performance matches the appearance. I did not know how good an on-wall LCR speaker could sound until I replaced my old setup with the Ultra 3. I had a traditional center channel with floor standing speakers for the last 8 years and this soundbar blows them awayI wish I got one sooner.

Great sound and great, friendly people. The first time I went they were all at a show except the owner and he sat down with me for An hour and explained everything to me. Since then John always takes great care of me.

Went in without and appointment and received excellent service. John is the guy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and went over and above for me. The speakers are amazing. I will be a customer for life.
