I made an appointment with Julia. I called to confirm my appointment because she let me know that she works out of her home. The number associated with the business was disconnected. She never called or reached out to let me know that her number was disconnected and did not show for the appointment. I can understand things coming up but what I do not understand is why she failed to communicate entirely. Luckily I was able to schedule my appointment with an actual salon. Total waste of your time. You can book an appointment and get there and not have her show up. Don’t waste your time.

I'm sorry for the previous reviwer's experience. Mine was completely opposite. I've been there multiple times and have always had a great experience. She was never rude and was always professional. She did an awesome job. No bleeding, no scarring, no missed hairs. She even went back over with the tweezers, to make sure she got every hair! Yes, her setup is in her home, but it was in the downstairs, in a clean, private area. She was very reasonably priced for the services she provides.

The worst place EVER do NOT spend your money here. This woman is not a professional for someone doing this out of the "comfort" of their own APARTMENT home she is such a scam. I have spoken to a true professional where I moved from. This unprofessional woman claims "if you bleed you're getting the job done". Survey save HECK TO THE NOOOOOO if I could give zero stars to this woman I'd take that AND my money back. She didn't even get all of the hair and then says No Refunds I've never seen a sign anywhere in her "sugar wack shack apartment". She is breaking so many laws it's not even funny. Please please do not waste your money or time on her she will offer to clean up her mess by waxing you again but why do that when you can go to a true professional. Your skin is the biggest organ on your body don't let this woman screw you up I still have scars. Just please don't! It's just not worth it!!!!
