The staff at the facility are very friendly and
helpful. The doctors who administered my set blocks injections to my lumbar spine are very professional along with the nursing staff. They make me feel very confident and relaxed .I highly recommend this pain management facility for anyone who wants to get help with their pain issues. Doctor Refyman and doctor Z as they call him are very knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you Vincent Bono

Staff was very efficient & professional. I had an issue with my insurance coverage the staff handled the situation quickly & quietly . I found the wait time normal for a quality doctor. The PA was well informed & courteous. I’m confident that the care I receive is of the highest quality.Unfortunately I’ve been a patient of pain management doctors for many years I was treated with dignity & respect. The doctors & staff are among the best I’ve been treated by . I’m confident in the treatment plan that was discussed & am looking forward to the relief I anticipate from further treatment. I have been coming here since October 2011 I had a slip and fall accident I was referred here by a very dear friend of mine she had told me that this place was very excellent when I got my appointment I was seen by Dr reyfman his office is very nice and has a very Zen feel to it very calm and very very relaxing I come to see reyfman because I had a very bad slip and fall accident back in Aug 2011 where I hurt my whole right side of my hip and lower back and fractured my left foot and tore my right knee meniscus .
They are really very good and positive and professional ,the offer steroid injections for your knee,Back,neck,foot, rotator cuff it all depends what you need they may put you under anesthesia for them to do your neck your back this is where you will be put to mild sleep which is called Twilight but other than that for your needs or your hip or even your foot you do not go under anesthesia but overall they also have a chiropractor that's there he is very excellent at what he do as a chiropractor and they Physical Therapy people are really good too so if you live within the area the neighborhood and you looking for pain management they are the ones to go to trust me they facility is very clean and sterile the young ladies that work in the front desk or very professional they are very caring and very good so if you looking for a pain management place like I said before this is one of the places that I would generally recommend that you will go to I love this place.💊💉.they take most insurance you may or may not have too pay a co-payment ,oh I almost forgot they do urine checks on you every time you come for a prescription refill for meds .

I was in severe pain for a few days. I called the office, and l was able to be seen the same day. Long story short ,they simply saved my life. I'm able to sleep now where l couldn't sleep before, because of the pain.

Let me just start by saying I would like to thank them so much for all of their help! Down to the front desk made sure I was comfortable and seen ASAP. I suffer with sciatica from a car accident that happened in 2014. I’ve been going to them since 2015 and recently returned to them in 2017. I was in severe pain and they helped even though I was fussy and irritated. God bless them ! Dr Refeman, Elisse and the staff. Thank you !

Please tell me why it took your establishment 12 days to submit paperwork to workers compensation just for me to get approved for physical therapy? Unacceptable. I called on the 31st of January to only find out the file has been submitted on the 12th of February.

I’ve been with Dr. Reyfman for many years I consider him and his staff the most professional and caring group of caregivers I have ever had the pleasure of being treated. They are knowledgeable and communicate very well with all of my treatments. I would recommend anyone with back problems and or pain management needs to seek treatment at their Brooklyn location or their Mid Manhattan office.

I am having a horrible experience with Pain Physicians NY. Save your time, respect yourself, go to the office where they will care about you as a patient. The office staff is very rude, especially Tanya. No communication skills, unprofessional comments. It is my 3rd time here (I was giving them a chance, just because Dr. Reyfman was highly recimmended by a friend). I am having severe pain
and I was hoping to get help, was seen by a physician assistant. They send me downstairs to the surgical unit, where, to my suprise, my PPO insurance suddenly is not covering the procedure. Although it covers 100% on the 2nd floor (Same physician). Obviously, no one ever cared to tell me that. Now they offer me to leave or pay enormous amount of money for epidural injections. After all I just left in horrible pain. I asked them why I was never informed that they have this situation at their company: same physician services fully covered on 2nd floor and on the 1 st floor of the same company he suddenly bevomes out of network. The answer was the administrators failed to notify you. Of course, administrators nowhere to be seen and no one takes responsibilities for their mistakes. I just left, in horrible pain. I will look for some other decent place where I can find respect and courtesy.

Doctor Lipnitsky it an amazing person to visit if you have back pain. I came in due to having pain in my lower back after working out for a few months. I explained him the issue and my daily activity. Not only does he explain the reason why the issue is occurring or persisting but also works with you to improve on your daily life style in order for you to continue on your own. I would high recommend Mr. Lipnitsky to anyone who wishes to fix their back issue and continue to have a long lasted pain free experience for the rest of their life.

Honestly the only place I trust. I was in a terrible car accident and was t-boned as the passenger my whole right side was messed up. Was treating elsewhere for 6 months and still could barely function. Had a slipped disk in my neck if not two and could not turn my head entirely in one direction. Had a titled knee cap and was suffering from excruciating pain was barely able to walk. Had ulnar nerve damage and constant numbness in my ring and pinky fingers on my right hand, possibly an elbow chip and horrible pain, stiffness, and weakness in my wrist.

Switched docs to Dr. Arkady Lipnitsky who had treated friends in the past and never looked back. Dr. Lipnitsky and his team were life savers. Everyone was patient with me and encouraging, never to busy to check in on me or show me a new technique on the road to recovery. In no time compared to the other therapy place I was back up on my feet literally. I went from being unable to sit (knee hurt both bent and straight) or stand to returning to "normal activities" in what felt like no time at all. Gradually I was able to even start taking the stairs again. First one flight and then up to five.

The best part is that they are cutting edge, Dr. Lipnitsky is always learning and trying to utilize state of the art methods. There is no tried and true one size fits all prescription for therapy here. I've done everything from Laser to Sand therapy and vibration machines to TRX bands.

Thanks to Dr. Arkady Lipnitsky and Dr. Mendoza I regained my mobility and my life.

I still come back from time to time when my aches act up because he is the only doctor that I trust.

Dr. Arkady Lipnitsky and his team have treated me like family since day one. I came to Pain Physicians with chronic neck and back pain with no sign of relief. After the first visit, the pain was gone and I was finally able to sleep and work long hours at my desk
All of the staff from the Front desk (Bella) to the chiropractors (Igor and Leonid are wonderful and miracle workers) are professional and very lovely to deal with even when you are in extreme amounts of pain.
