They have some really nice trikes but that's IT. Everything is overpriced. Accessories, repairs, everything. Since I live in Jasper, I've had to use them on two occasions due only to convenience. On both repairs, I was quoted one price only to find the final bill is WAY more than quoted. And after it happened the first time, I told them to stop the work and please call me if the repair was going to be more than quoted. Well, they didn't. Mounting two tires on wheels I brought in OFF THE BIKE was almost $130. When I asked the manager/owner why they didn't call me, he had no answer. The really irritating part was he really didn't seem to care one tiny bit. He just said, "well, that's what it cost." They had quoted me $45 per wheel. I feel ripped off so never again! Next time I'll go down to Freedom Motorsports in Canton who charges $25 per tire to mount them.

well, I stopped by today, May 10th, on my way home from Canton. I am looking for some driving lights to help oncoming traffic see me. I walked in and immediately heard a loudmouth talking about women, hot dogs and all kinda stuff. Man was he loud! I tried to tune him out but did not have much success. I meandered around the bikes and acc hoping someone would notice and come assist. I did not want to head over towards loudmouth cause my ears were already starting to bleed. I hung around about 10 minutes and left. NO customer service at all. will not return.

We purchased our Big Green Egg here and the folks are absolutely wonderful. Even gave us some of their very own recipes to try. I will definitely be back for more EGGssories.

I was in need of some help and more importantly needing a special part for my wife's trike. On their website I put in an email request to be contacted (on Sunday), knowing full well that the earliest I would hear from them would be Tuesday morning. Nope, Andrew contacted me that Sunday afternoon and part ordered on Monday. They even take care of the clients on the days offtruly client oriented company.

Great people up there in Jasper! Very detail oriented. Nice showroom with plenty of accessories to look at for purchase. I find it always nice to see and hold the parts you want to add to your trike. While on your ride into North Georgia "Wine country"make it a point to stop by. JC.
