We had a salesman who was new and didn't know what he was doing. I understand that everyone has to train, but they should have someone to help. Took us almost 5 hours to purchase a car that we knew we wanted before we went in.

I shopped online and visited dealers here in Indy too for the car I wanted. Found a couple I wanted but the dealers acted like their cars were made of solid gold and wanted absolute top dollar. Then online I found Jackie Jones Lincoln who had a car I wanted and they acted like they were actually in the business to sell cars not collect them ! I saw my car on their website at a reasonable price and called them for more details about a possible transaction with them. Their website had many photos of my car online including the original window sticker , A rarity in a sometimes less than up front business. I talked to salesman Jeremiah Wright over the phone several times asking him many more details and asking for photos dealing with certain aspects of the car. I had just come off of a bad attempted purchase of a similar car online and was not dealt with in a forthright manner by that dealership So I was wary and full of questions and requests of Jeremiah. He went the extra mile to prove to me that the car was indeed in the condition that I was looking for. My wife and I left Indy for Jackie Jones in Georgia and when we are arrived we were not disappointed. Jeremiah had described the car's condition properly and we were not disappointed and there were no surprises. The sales manager who we did the paperwork with was an absolute gem also He did us a couple favors that we asked. Driving details of the car were fully explain to us before we took our long trip back to Indy for our safety. I cannot say enough positive things about these good people down there at Jackie Jones Lincoln. I even called with a couple more favors a couple weeks after we got back home with this great Mustang They fulfilled those requests too very quickly. All dealers are your friend during the process of buying but after the sale you just get lost in the crowd. I have a Ford dealer 5 miles from my house but in 20 years I have never been able to buy a car from them! I'm so glad we found Jackie Jones Lincoln on line and I recommend them and Jeremiah Wright. Also they have a great price on the Lincoln and Ford extended warranty which I bought for peace of mind although I don't expect to have to use it. See Jackie Jones Lincoln !

We love working with Jacky Jones Lincoln. Frank, Marilu and Leah are great to work with. They work us in anytime we need service. As a matter of fact, I had to make an urgent visit to the service dept today because we had a engine light come on. I called in and told Leah I was coming and she met me in the parking lot when I drove up. Did a code test right there and it turned out to be nothing urgent just a maintentance issue that could be scheduled at our convenience. What piece of mind to have that kind of a relationship with our car service folks.

Great customer service and following through after the sale. The price was the price low pressure sales and a special post delivery trip to our house to program the garage remotes. Even after the sale set up a minor adjustment of our retracting mirrors for us with device department which was ready when we needed it after the weekend! I was surprised at how long it took to be waited on for a scheduled appointment. There were two ladies standing just outside the office in the shop area. They appeared to be having a joyous time laughing and chatting. After a good five minutes a third lady came out of the shop area and joined in to gaiety. This continued for several minutes with me and another man waiting at the counter. They never looked back into the reception area until one of them turned and entered . This is not the professional conduct normally presented at Jackey Jones Lincoln. My appointment was at 9:00 o'clock. It was well after noon before the job was completed. I miss the courtesy snacks in the waiting area. My tires were rotated. The car seemed to have a slight pull the the right for several days. But, the problem seemed to correct itself.

Mary and Heidi in the service dept. are amazing! Always have great service? We started taking our F150 there when the Ford dealer disappointed us. We now take our Mercury and Toyota there also. Just great people, very down to earth and sweet.

Very nice (and genuine) staff. Heidi & Mary in the Service Dept are over-the-top helpful, not just to me, but everyone that I witnessed come in as I waited in the waiting area. Reasonable repair costs for a dealership. They also gave me a complimentary truck wash.
