Our waitress was absolutely horrible, bad enough I went and complained (not typically me)with that being said I still gave them 5 stars and I would defiantly go back, the food was that good. Be prepared to try to eat your body weight in meat and don't plan on doing anything productive after.
We stopped and ate on a Saturday night. The service was great, very friendly staff. The 1st course is all you can eat salad bar. After your done with your salad they bring bowls of mashed potatoes, beans, rice and banana fritter .
The meat selection was excellent. The portions were very generous. The meat was excellently prepared. We will definitely be back .
One of the best places to eat a vast array of delicious beef. 14 different cuts all served on a skewer from the multiple waiters. If you're a carnivore eat here
quality meats. cool salad selection. good atmosphere. servers friendly and timely. definitely would come back. also try the xingu beer
Worst service I have experienced.. I waited for 10 minutes to be seated and no one said anything to us the whole time while waiting to be seated. We weren't greeted by anyone we just waited while waiters walked passed us and said nothing .. and then when I finally got seated they sat me back of the restaurant in the section they stored the wine I asked to b moved and when I did sit once again I waited and the water boy filled my water after 5 minutes and he didn't say anything. I eventually just got up and went to the buffet after waiting .. and then when I came back finally after 10 minutes our waitress came . it was definitely not worth it and especially when u are paying $45 a person. This is the first time I actually took the time to write a review about a restaurant bc it was that bad.
Amazing food, good service and the atmosfer incredible. 5 stars.
Man what a fantastic place. The meat is cooked,to,perfection. The staff is great. Love this place.
Horrible..Horrible..horrible!!! The salad bar was covered in bugs!! There were bugs crawling through the lettuce and salads.. the food left out for hours without being properly cooled. ..We Left without eating..I was honestly afraid i was going to get sick if i touched the fish..everything was covered in fruit flies and BIG FLIES!!!..would never reccomd this place to anybody. DISGUSTING!!! The Health department would have a field day with this place!!!!
Our first visit was 4.5 stars. This time around was not as great an experience. The rotation was extremely slow, between 5 and 10 per meat. There was no AC on an 85 degree day. The staff was non-existent. They didn't offer desserts or refills. The appetizers came out after the meal started to be served. Bathrooms were unclean.
But the food does taste good.
It is really like the Brazilian churrascaria, with all you can eat meat on spades and salad buffet. Food is very good quality and tastes great. A good option for something different.
Never book this restaurant. Booked for 12 people and 10 showed up. Called to inform them a week in advance that we had two cancellations. They responded with no problem and my deposit would still be refunded. And it's been two months of waiting and calling. To call back to be told to wait, then it's to a manager then it's to the owner. No one ever responds and it's tiring. If there is a fee say something. You didn't and then lied about refunding a reservation. It was on a Saturday there was no one in sight. We were one of six tables. The wait staff and cooks are amazing. The management is a freaking joke. Refund me the money you have promised me three times already. Also it's disheartening when even your staff says over the phone, "yeah you're not the only one this has happened to." Shoddy on the money side of things at the Brasa Grill. Beware.
All you can eat meats (14 different types when we went) and crab legs!!! Make sure you are starving when you go, and expect a minimum check of $150 per couple ($50 per person for AYCE meal, $4 beers, $10 cocktails). You literally sit there with a plate, a meat card, and a pair of tongs to grab the meat with as they cut it off the slab right in front of you. Green side of the card face-up means "bring me meat" and every few minutes a server will come to your table with one of a variety of meats. You either welcome them and have them cut a fresh piece off of the slab, or pass and wait for the next server with a different meat choice to walk by. Red side up means you are not welcoming any more meats at the time. You can git a small portion of every choice, or have them pile up your plate with just your favorite cut.
Keep in mind that there is no menu here unless you go to the bar, only $30 (or maybe $40?) for unlimited salad/pasta/seafood/fruit bar, $50 for main meal, and then a separate dessert menu, since dessert is not included. Pricey, but an awesome meat-eating experience if you are starving and want to try a whole lot of good meats!
First off the wait staff was excellent. The atmosphere is nice and not too dark or bright. It's expensive but I really feel you get what you pay for. You cam make reservations online which is very convenient. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars was the food was sort of hit or miss. It's all you can eat and there is a lot to try so being hit or miss isn't such a big issue if you don't like something just get something else. Just personally I have reservations about taking food I'm not going to eat and feel bad about throwing away edible food.
Side dishes are just okay, meat is okay too.Salad bar is enjoyable. Desserts are yummy, beware they put raspberry sauce on EVERYTHING in an effort to be fancy which they will not tell you when you order! For a person with any food experience it will be a simple once and done visit just to say you have been. I would pass. I would rather go to a great steak house and spend more money.
