I've been in Emmy's Bridal multiple times over the years and always found it to be well-organized with a huge selection. I recently purchased my bridesmaid dress through Emmy's, and the staff was very attentive through the whole process, took my measurements perfectly, and my bridesmaid dress turned out gorgeous! Plus, it fit me to a tee. Thanks Emmy's!!

Great MOB selection. The upbeat outgoing energetic staff was phenomenal in helping select the perfect dress. Went to 4 bridal salons, this was the last stop. So glad we didn't skip it. Found "THE" dress!!

A little cramped however they had lots of dresses and lots of dressing rooms along with huge well mirrors. Great selection but all of the dresses are quite expensive. Still cool to try them on! The worker my friend and I interacted with was a little cold and though she warmed up after we tried on a few dresses, she still wasn't as friendly as she should have been. Maybe she was having a bad day

There were different dates wrote on the tux rental for when to return it. When brought in, I apologized, and the worker was very rude about the situation. Unimpressed with the customer service.

Amazing Store. My daughter bought her third and final prom dress from here. We traveled over 80 miles to shop here because the selection is huge and the staff is attentive. And while I thought the size they ordered was too big, to my surprise the dress fit perfectly. Little to no adjustments were needed. My daughter looks beautiful. I'm sure we will be coming back for her wedding.

As a bridesmaid, I was very disappointed in my experience at Emmy's. I wear a dress size 2 and they ordered me a size 10! I can understand ordering a size up by a 10 is ridiculous. They basically had to cut out a few dresses out of the one for me. They did not hem my dress to the length of the other bridesmaids so I looked goofy at the wedding.
