Quick Dry Flood Services came to the rescue when my elderly Mom's toilet malfunctioned during the night flooding the bathroom, hall, and bedroom. Within a very short time the next morning, after being called they were at her home ready to take control of the situation, working very hard to remove the water, carpeting, and wet drywall. They tested for asbestos, and mold and explained in detail all of the procedures that were necessary. They were all very friendly, polite, and considerate of Mom's furniture and household items, carefully moving them when needed. They did a great job in a timely manner, finishing on the estimated time scheduled. | believe that they earned a 5-star rating and would recommend this company for their exceptional performance. Quick dry was incredible with the flood I had in my basement. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful and communicated with me consistently throughout this process. My family and I were on vacation when our water heater broke. I'm so glad my neighbor who was in charge of our home during our trip and had already experienced a flood himself, recommended Quick dry. Had an emergency and they were booked very busy and yet they still made time to come to my house. Excellent customer service Jeremy Miller was amazing, they did a great job. They didn't over charge us or try and sell us services we didn't need. I highly recommend the technicians are wonderful they got us taken care of same day and we were able to get our specialist back out the next morning to complete our water heater. I can't say enough positive praises for these Quick-Dry its hard to come by good service and quality work but you will get it with quick-dry.

Quick-Dry provided excellent service for a recent leaking kitchen pipe. Basil and Ryan responded fast and quickly identified the source of the leak. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and thoroughly explained what they were doing, why they were doing it and the cost. They were reassuring that they would do all that was necessary to fix the problem and reduce the possibility of mold developing. Basil and Ryan were thorough and professional, and respectful of me and my home. Luis R did the final assessment, and removed the equipment, and reviewed the next steps in the process. Luis was also professional and courteous. Many thanks Basil, Ryan and Luis for doing a great job for me!
