Black Mountain Plumbing is a highly respected company by myself and those who offered them as a recommendation. They assess each repair and provide realistic results without overselling. They are very responsive and respectful when onsite and I truly appreciate the dedication to detail. John H. was a great communicator and would hire them again for future repairs. After repairing what was the third leak over several years we decided to repipe the whole house which is definitely a major ordeal. Black Mountain was awesome. During a super stressful time. Took them barely a week, they were very meticulous about cleaning up and making sure my things were protected and not damaged. They were great about communicating everything they were doing and being super professional. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Black Mountain Plumbing!!!
I was so relieved that Scott (the owner) came out & with his experience & knowledge he determined what needed to be done with this challenging situation. It gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company for this job.
I had a hot water line pipe leaking under my slab foundation near the kitchen sink. This required locating where the pipe was leaking, how & where to cut & cap that pipe & then re-route a new pipe from the water heater in the garage though walls & cabinets. Then reconfigure new pipe manifolds along a new hot line path from water heater to the final pipe manifold under the sink.
I was amazed at the professionalism & quality workmanship that Scott & his crew (Carlos & Joel) were able to accomplish.
I will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing services!!!response / report this review -

Yet another Crestmont resident who had a water main leak which is now a common feature of our neighborhood. Broken polymer water main line had to be replaced from curb to house. Black Mountain Plumbing was very responsive, Scott and his team kept me apprised of every step of the process. The team finished the work in 1.5 days and returned the front yard /landscape to perfect condition. All new copper line. Excellent work. Highly recommend!

Carlos of Black Mountain Plumbing came to my house to fix a leak in my water heater's intake line. He did an excellent job of making the repair. He used high quality parts, worked efficiently to get it done in less than an hour, tidied up the jobsite and checked that my hot water was working properly when he was finished. All for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future.
