They cleared my drain in 30 minutes and left a big mess in and outside my house, then charged $530. Having an attitude problem is something I can get over, but when someone comes in your home and charges over $500 for a job, I expect them to have a little respect and consideration for the way they leave the place when they’re done.

Had a bath drain cleared with a spray and they didn’t give an estimate, walked into the house without a face mask, cleared the drain. Charged $530 for 15 minutes work. That’s over $2000 per hour. Called Don and he backed the ridiculous charge and got defensive and kept referring to me as buddy. Read the real reviews here before making your plumbing decisions.

Mr. Shrivers team showed up quickly after my husband called them on a Saturday morning in freezing January temperatures. Once they had detected the problem they went right to work. They showed us what was going on with the camera in our pipes and explained the work they would be doing.

The plumbing crew was very polite and even cleaned up our bathroom after they were finished working. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.

Had a plumber try snaking, plunging, and using chemicals, nothing worked. They recommended Don Shriver to us. I gave Don a call and he came out the same day and knocked it out within 20 minutes. Very professional and not as pricey as I expected. I highly recommend them.
