  Max was great. Very informative with everything that needed to be without pressure. He gave me easy to understand explanations of the work that he was doing and worked efficiently and quickly. He fixed the immediate problem while informing me of future maintenance that was needed. I appreciated the way he cleaned up before he left and working in cold and rainy weather. From initial phone call to completed job, it was a pleasant experience. Great customer service from everyone. Will use this business again and recommend to others.

  Had a water leak on the residential side of the water meter. Called Elmer's Home Services on a Saturday morning. Technicians came out on time, quickly evaluated the situation, and provided a quote for time to completion and cost. The technicians were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I was very happy with the response time, work completed, and the overall experience. Thank you Joseph (technician) and Elmer's for great work. I would definitely recommend Elmer's to friends and family for any plumbing needs.

  We bought an as-is house and knew the AC was over 14 years old. So we called Elmer's and got a quote for a whole new system including new ducts. It was lovely to not have a high pressure sales call but to get all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We felt really comfortable and anytime there was an issue they were there within the hour to fix it. They also worked on our plumbing and were able to fix it issue, put in a new gas line and do everything within a week and a half! They really did an amazing job and were very respectful of my property.
  
  We did have an issue with the breaker for the new AC unit flipping and it turned out there was a clog in the condensation pipe. They were still out within the hour to see what the issue was told me and informed me a pump might be the best option. When I asked how much that was I was informed it could be up to $1800 if I did it later. But since I just installed a new system at max it would probably be around $800. I suppose the servicemen might have seen my cringe even though I knew it was necessary. When he told me. Let him look at everything so he could give me an estimate. After a while he came back and went "Hey I called my boss and we are going to be able to install it for free! Merry Christmas! Thank you for using Elmer's." I couldn't believe it and they were there the next day to install it.
  
  Truly a wonderful local family-owned business that will work to keep your business and make you feel like a valued customer. Thank you Elmer's. It's reassuring knowing I don't have to look around for plumbing or HVAC services! I wouldn't trust anyone else but Elmer's at this point.

  Elmer’s quickly earned my trust this week. We had them go check out a rental property unit with heating issues. Their staff answering the phones and Mario Olivares coming out onsite, taking pictures and walking me through the issues and resolutions for the AC unit is exactly what you want in a reliable honest vendor!
  Price doesn’t break the bank either, kee in mind you’re paying for knowledge, don’t be cheap and pay extra down the road. Go with Elmer’s and hopefully you get Mario Olivares to help you out too, if not I’m sure you’ll get a great person on the team!

  Elmer's was recommended to me by my parents when my a/c stopped working and they were able to schedule me for same day service. Customer service professionals were so pleasant to speak too and they kept in constant contact with me while I was waiting for the technician to arrive. Lawrence aka Superman was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and kind. He did a great job of explaining the issue and working with me on how to move forward. I would absolutely recommend them!!
