Stay far away from this Quest as possible. I see my OBGYN right across the street and I stopped in right after my appointment with my 1 yr old. They would not do my blood work or glucose bc she didn't have a stroller. Everywhere I have been I have been able
To hold her while getting blood drawn. Then they proceeded to tell a guy waiting there that they don't do a certain test after 4pm which he checked in at 4:01 and made him leave! To top it off when I called for my father to come watch my daughter they told me that they could no longer do my test and told me to leave as well. I personally think bc they were all leaving they did not want to do their jobs and started sending everyone home before closing. I HIGHLY suggest if you need to get labs done by them go somewhere else. You won't find any accommodation even if it's for something small. Not one person in this office is professional nor do they have any leniency. So if you want to walk in make sure you call in advanced if they even answer. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

The website says they close at 5 so I left work at 4 to get there at 430. My work makes it difficult to schedule time off so to learn they do not adhere to their posted hours is upsetting. Unfortunately I don't have a choice in where I get blood work done but I wanted to warn othersapparently they can open & close whenever they feel like.

I'm a "frequent flyer" with poor veins and these folk always get in on the first 'stick'. Thanks for making what used to be an unpleasant experience easier than past labs!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Very fast and efficient. I was in and out within 20 minutes (morning walk-in).

Can you give less than one star? They are the worst! I understand being busy but can no one answer the phone? I have tried to call multiple times in a day and even left messages, as their machine asks for, and no one has called me back or answered. For weeks I have been trying to contact this location.

Also they are rude and very short with you. You may not want to be chatty but I am here to get a needle stuck in me, the least you can do is say good morning.

I hope other locations are not like this location.

They are very good at drawing blood with getting a successful stick the first time.

When I first walked in the front desk lady was really rude. No greeting just, "you have an appointment or what?" I have never been here before so I was already nervous not knowing what to expect. Not only that but there was someone else with my last name and they switched our paper work. The other lady was back there for a while before they realized they switched us. And if it wasn't for me telling them they have the wrong person I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have noticed. They also tried to blame the front desk lady when she did nothing wrong. It was the doctors fault for not confirming they have the correct person. Very unprofessional, I will NEVER return to this location again.

No matter at what hour you call, no one is there to answer the phone. There's literally no point in trying. And it's no better when you go there. The morgue is a happier place than here.

I really didn't want to go through an apt in the first place. I kept trying to call them to see if I needed an apt for the test. But no one ever picked up the phone. And certain tests can only be done at certain times, which is separate from the non-sense of "all walk-ins are welcome" outside of their business hours. But I couldn't get that information because no one ever picked up the phone.

They really need to get rid of the people at the front desk. The guy looks at me with this vacant look as if he was literally stuck in the face with a hammer or just so saddened because someone spoiled the end of The Sixth Sense for him. Bruce Willis is a ghost. People keep talking about automating this and that. Self check out lines at the store. Self driving cars. They really need Google or Tesla or IBM to build some kind of service to get rid of the people at the front desk who work here because it could literally be done better by a robot or a potato.
