Very clean, polite and helpful staff. Our children LOVE to come hereit's a low cost, easy choice we use as a reward for their accomplishments! Even had a birthday party here that was a definite hit with all their friends (age range from 8-16)

My experience at Urban Air Southlake was horrible the clerk rushed us out of the way while my group were asking questions about the facility and what it had to offer. We also purchased socks which were out of stock and wasn’t refunded because we rushed out of the way since a party of others were arriving the clerk wanted to assist them instead and immediately acted as if we never existed. Even afterwards, at the concession stand there is nothing to offer. I waited there 17 minutes waiting on someone to assist. And when someone finally arrived the clerk was very rude about assisting and threw my change back on the counter from my purchase. I only stayed here because my children wanted to play and have fun. I should’ve gotten my money back and left this trash. The park was smaller than other urban air locations as well. So what you see online is misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

We had a birthday party here today and i was a bit nervous from reading the reviews posted on here; however, our host, Keegan did a great job and our guests all had a great time! He was always there to help with water, extra napkins for cleanup after the kids ate and anything else we needed help with. Also, i asked the people up front to please lower the music when it got a little too loud for us and they did so right away. There are obviously more kids than employees watching them jump, but i believe in taking care of my own kids so, that was not a problem for us. I would definitely recommend this! :)

Horrible customer service!!!! Gets a star because otherwise I cannot leave a review. I have been waiting for my birthday party cancellation money (350) for 2 weeks and getting the run around! I have spoken to 5 different people. No one picks up the calls at the Southlake location either or at corporate. i was lucky to actually speak to someone after a few days. I had to cancel my daughters party under 24 hours due to my son's health issues and was told that a refund check was going to be sent out in a few days and I still have not received anything or a call back since December. The managers cannot make decisions on the floor about many issues. Then why have them at all? DO NOT BOOK A PARTY!!!

Had a great time while attending a birthday party for my niece on Saturday! Was a little warm for my liking, but it was expected with all those kids for birthday parties. Everyone was working hard. Our party host was assistenting another party, but still had plenty of time to cater to both of us! The manager on duty had a beautiful smile and checked on us multiple times. I do recommend a party here! It was very stress free for my family

It's a giant warehouse that gets a little too warm for comfort in the summer. The pizza rivals some of the worst that I've ever had. The kids like it though.

It is great area for all ages. I just hope that the owner will be thinking of providing a better waiting area for adults that are not participating. The benches are very hard to sit on

We celebrated my son's 5th birthday this past Saturday at the Urban Air in Southlake. Everyone had an absolute blast, and our party assistant (Ben) was great! I spent weeks trying to find a party package that would accommodate 20 guests, and this one was the best value by far. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean. I was able to leave the party area and jump with my birthday boy absolutely worry-free. I recommend Urban Air Southlake to any family looking for a fun time at a great price.

This place would be ok if they had more people working and watching the kids. This is a huge safety concern for children. While we were here a boy was in the warrior course and he got his foot stuck in the net and was hanging upside down and there was no staff anywhere to help him. I was able to help him down. It cost way to much for there to be very little staff supervising.

For our first experience at a place like this we had a great time! The facility was nice with a lot of places to play, my four year old loved it! The staff was really friendly as well.

Went to the south lake location Chase and his staff were amazing!! Beyond friendly to our kids ! Helpful and super clean!!!! Interacted with the kids and made it a great experience!

I was over charged and when I called to have if corrected I was encouraged to email a "superior" who did not want to be contacted via phone. I was missed informed by several staff. I was informed that I would be called back by a manager. When I asked if they had my number he stated yes, but could not verify the number they had for me when I asked him to confirm. I emailed verification and I'm awaiting them to issue a refund for the overage. I stressed to them the importance of having this issue resolved I'm an out of town resident and would like the matter resolved before flying out.

BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I booked a workout class here through the Urban Air website, When I arrived there was no class and no one to tell me why. When I finally was able to talk to the manager he assured me he would take care of this. Fun fact he didn't. This place is full of crooks and since then I have been trying to get in contact with the manager and the district. I have not be able to get in touch with either. I will be making a special trip up there this week and discussing this in person since they are simply too busy to answer their phone. Beware and do not do the trampoline class on Saturday, it's fake and clearly will not issue a refund.
