  The staff here are just incredibly helpful and patient. You couldn’t ask for much more. Both times I’ve been in to buy frames, it’s been difficult for me to find frames that are just the right shape and measurements (I’m asian, so the bridge of my nose is too tiny for most of the men’s glasses)
  
  It took a significant amount of time and a lot of searching, but with the help of the lovely folks behind the counter, we were able to locate a pair that had the correct nose width that wasn’t also too tiny for my head.
  
  My only complaint is that I wish the staff were all equally skilled at adjusting frames. My first ever pair of glasses here wasn’t adjusted all that well and kept falling off, even after spending a good, long while getting them adjusted to fit.
  
  I brought them back in recently and had the arms and nose wings adjusted by a different staff member than the first time; now I can just leave them on my face and I’m not adjusting them every 10 minutes to be able to see.
  
  I’m really happy with the results the second time around and don’t hold my initial experience against the staff or the store.

  Whoever's cutting the lenses there is doing a very poor job. My glasses prescription was off so much it gave me headaches compared to what my actual prescription was.
