last week my family stayed there for my sisters birthday. I must say it was one of the best stay I every had in Quality inn. we had adjoining rooms. Both of them were spacious and clean. One of the most thing I enjoyed was Indoor pool and hot tub. I will come back soon.
Stayed there with my family over spring break, and will gladly stay there again for our next trip. Very hospitable and the kids had a great time at the pool. Rooms are spacious, good breakfast, and the gentleman in the front JD, was very accomodating and made sure our stay was comfortable.
Room smelled and bathroom and bathtub had hair all over as well. Did feel, look or smell like it was clean at all. The first room they gave us had hair all over the bed and pillow. The second room was decent, but even then my husband didnt want to stay. Too bad we were already there and already paid for. Good thing is the guy up front was quick to give us another room after we reported the level of cleanliness in the first room.
Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and moved when you stepped on them. Toilet didn’t flush. After front desk guy came and messed with it at 11:00pm he said “ our maintenance guy comes in a 7am and he will come up here at 7:30.” At 8:00 I called and they sent someone to fix it. I then get ready to take a shower and I turn the hot to completely on. After the tub begins to fill with water, I remove the stopper. It still continues to fill. The temperature never gets past luke warm. I go down and tell the front desk and he says I he can give me a different room to shower in. I kind of thought when you paid for a room at Quality Inn and Suites, you wouldn’t have to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom and you might could take a hot shower in your own room. I guess that’s reserved for the Hilton’s.
Or family was here last Friday for a funeral and this hotel was the worse II had ever experienced. Sammy was working the front desk and he was very apologetic when after an hour being in our room we discovered big bugs and went downstairs to check out. He offered to give us another room which I informed him they had bed bugs as well. He guaranteed that my refund would be on my card the next day. Luckily the Beat Western wasn’t full because I had to move my family to a new room that night considering we were tired from our 4 hour drive. Fast forward to Tuesday I checked my account and was charged for the room, so I called and spoke with the lady that was working the front desk who swears they never get complaints about bed bugs and she would have the manager AB give me a call back. He never called so I called him and was a little rude and pissed off because he tells me I have already refunded 5 of your family members which isn’t my problem. He agreed to give me half a refund which I told him no I want all of my money since I was only in the room not even a whole hour. This was by far the worse hotel I have ever stepped foot into. The pictures online are very misleading and the bed bugs that they came they didn’t have was captured on a pillow that we put in the cup for them to see.
The attendant came to our room and accused us of smoking and then proceeded to extort money out of me. And he made us pack and leave. Not a place I will ever stay again. This happened on Oct. 28 2017.
Had two rooms at this hotel for 5 nights. One room had to be switched after one night because A/C broke. This was an inconvenience, but more inconvenient was the fact that we had to ask housekeeping to clean our rooms each day. One day we came back and had no towels, another day, no cleaning was done in one of the rooms, another day, beds were made but trash was not emptied and new supplies were not left for guests. Housekeeping needs training. Also had one day with wifi down. I'll try a different hotel next time I'm in the area.
Overall, this was ok for 1 nights stay. However, we had to kill several bugs in our room (on 1st floor), there was mold in the shower, mold on the shower curtain and mystery stains on almost all of the walls (including Brown stains on the walls in the bathroom). There were also urine and blood stains on the comforter (fingers crossed they were just stains and not just leftover). So maybe bring your own sheets/blankets. I wouldn't recommend staying here and I won't be back.
Room was nice but bathroom wasn't clean and toilet paper wasn't stocked. Hair and dried urine on the toilet when we checked in. Otherwise, room was comfortable.
After the good reviews of Quality Suites Burleson, we were so disappointed! The whole three nights we were there there was no sign of any cleaning of any of the public places and the hall carpets were filthy. When we got into our room it seemed OK and we had to leave right away. When we got back at 8 o'clock in the evening and went into the shower and toilet area we found that all surfaces were filthy, from the shower curtain which was covered with mold and mildew to the whole floor, and the tub was grotesque with filth and even some hair in the corners. I attached pictures, but apparently they don't stay with the review, darn it, you should see them! When we called them to get the bathroom cleaned they said it was too late and they would have to do it the next day. So we did not get a shower. In the morning they showed up before we were ready and we asked them to come back later and they said they would. When we got back from our day the place had not been done at all. When we called the desk they said that we missed our chance and it was too bad for us! We told the man we were going to have to go buy and use bathroom cleaning supplies and he said do what you need to do. All of which is pretty amazing considering the brochure about just call the desk and we will fix it! We were able to make the bathroom clean with normal cleaners, bucket and rags from the store. After being there for three nights it became apparent to us that they never vacuum thoroughly anywhere, inside the rooms or out. We don't know why they have such a cleaning phobia at the Quality Suites Burleson, but we will never stay there again, and recommend you avoid it. It was the dirtiest hotel we have seen, and they made it obvious that they couldn't care less!
No compassion. Policy first. My husband was rushed to the ER and hospitalized. I was unable to cancel within the 24 hours due to an emergency. I had hoped that if I spoke to management personally they would at least allow me credit to another night. It is very disappointing that this location was unwilling to take care of me as a customer. I had hoped to use this location again in the future, but now I know they do not have acceptable customer service.
They keep the A/C off in the rooms when you walk in it's too hot for comfort. A/C unit took 5 hours to cool down room and this was experienced on 2 different rooms at this place!
When I entered there was an odd smell. The door catch and security latch ok my door was loose. The spa was an odd green color and smelled horrible and the "safety" rail going into the pool was busted and my daughter almost fell in because of it. The rungs on the ladder leaving the deep end of the pool spun freely and cut my sons toe. The breakfast ( microwaved sausage links ) made me real sick. The only reason it got the second star was the lady at check out was amazing and was real helpful. We've stayed here multiple times and it's finally got to the point where we're looking to stay somewhere else.
I need to find out what beds they have in their rooms. I honest to god got the best sleep I've had in YEARS. Plus, their continental breakfast is pretty good and have plenty of variety.
Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had trouble printing our boarding passes in the business center, but the guy at the front desk happily printed them for us as soon as the problem was brought up! Easy to get to and plenty of parking.
