We stoped in Augusta, GA on our way home from North Carolina. We stayed at Quality Inn Fort Gordon. The check in process was very easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and the interstate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

Excellent service. Thanks Tiffany! You are Awesome! Clean Facility however the only problem i had was the bath tub was not completely clean. Only because of the bottom of the tub has groves and not a smooth bottom. Need a scrub brush and clorox to get in there. This is not sanitary.

Was looking for reasonable place to sleep while on a cross country drive. Sometimes a little concerned about Quality Inn but this one is great. Will stay again if I am in the area.

Poor experience for the price. Non-smoking room smelled badly of smoke. Tiny gym facility had such a stench as to make it difficult to exercise.

SMALL but clean and well maintained rooms. Noisy, very noiseythe walls are thin. However, if you are looking for a budget room, with a small kitchenette, this is you place! Full size frig and freezer, kitchen sink and microwave as well as a coffee pot. The staff was amazingly kind and social. They made us feel at home!

Tried this as a pet-friendly option and regret the decision. Substandard conditions in a "non-smoking" room that reeked of smoke; complaints handled poorly by unfriendly, unprofessional general manager; undercurrent of antigay bias. Checked out exhausted and feeling that Quality Inn and other Choice Hotels properties are brands to avoid.
