Rooms were perfect, we had reserved 3. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only problem was they ran out of food on free breakfast an hour before it ended.

Excellent customer service!!! At the time we made our reservation, we requested early check--in for a wedding. Unfortunately, it happened to be at the time the evacuees were arriving/attempting to get rooms due to Hurricane Irma so the room type we requested was not ready. Because we were flexible she was able to get us a room within a few minutes. The extra perk; it was an upgrade. Room was very clean and quiet. The grounds were well kept. Lots of shopping in the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I just checked out from an overnight stay and had to post this. During breakfast this morning I noticed a small dog (with a leash) walking under one of the tables. I walked to the front desk to inform the receptionist and her response was less than what I consider good customer service. When I notified her of the dog in the dining area and the hotel policy on pets her response to me was" I didn't check them in, they checked in last night. It must be a service dog, but I can't ask". My concern was not to remove the dog, because if it is a service dog they have every right to be there, however as a customer who's decision to stay took into consideration the hotels pet policy I believe it was a legitimate concern. It appeared to me that my concern was unimportant and not worth her time.

Nice staff. Room was gross and dusty. Water damage all over the walls and ceiling. The towels were also stained and needed replacing.

The beds were a little stiff to me so I didn't like that. The breakfast wasn't the best but they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste bc we forgot ours.

First experience was not so bad the lady at front was very nice and helpful but this last time was a different story. I called to make reservations, was put through reservations line booked and asked if I could do an early check in and guy said that wouldn't be a problem. But when I got to hotel the lady which was a different one btw wasn't very nice acted like me coming early was a hassle and told me due to daylight savings time I'd have to come back 2 hrs later. Though seems like a min or problem but when you have been travleking for 10 hours it's a very big problem. Would also like to say for the gold and concierge card holder they don't offer in room gifts or if they do they just forgot me 2 times .

My room smelled unbelievably bad. When I requested to change rooms they would not move me because it would require an upgrade. I tried to sleep but the smell was so bad I ended up just booking another hotel down the road even though it was a complete waste of money. Additionally, the facilities, especially the business center, are pretty run down. Even aside from the terrible smell and unhelpful service this was not a three star hotel. The one positive thing I can say about it is the water pressure in the shower was very good.

It honestly was a great hotel with very reasonable rates and the room and bathroom were perfectly adequate. However, they were in the process of painting and doing several repairs which detracted from the overall aesthetic so my wife said I should take a star away for that Don't judge me.
