The staff is so helpful and polite the rooms were very clean the beds are the beds just made you felt like you were in heaven they wrapped you up and just held on to you so you slept so good I miss breakfast because of the bed but it was great and I would definitely use them again

The staff was very friendly & that was the best part of Executive Suites Inn. The decor was outdated & needs remodeling. The hand towels were not clean nor was the coffee pot. And they did not restock the coffee & supplies after the last guests left. Carpet wasn't the cleanest nor was the couch. It COULD BE a great place to stay, especially for the price, IF they would make sure everything's clean & odor free. The outdated decor wasn't the issue. One last thing, the mattresses need to be replaced desperately. Could feel the springs, which made for a sleepless night. Again, the staff was awesome, which was the only reason for 2 stars.

The owners are very nice and accommodating. The rooms are outdated and in need of remodeling but that’s the only downside. It’s like a one bedroom apartment. You pay the price of a small hotel room but get a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with your choice of 1 or 2 beds. The rooms are clean and well kept. Are there nicer, more modern places? Yes. But you will pay a lot more!

I stayed at Executive Suites Inn for almost a week. My stay was OK. The decor is a lil outdated. But the environment was VERY peaceful. The rooms are very spacious. They come equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and cabinets. All in all, I give my stay 4 stars.

This hotel deserves no stars it smells like a party from 1960. The pillow was dirty and the comforter was older than me and I'm 38
The name of this place should be executive feet

Hands down worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Some lights and outlets in my room didn't work. The faucets leaked loudly. The rooms were disgusting; stains on the floor and holes in the walls. On top of all this, my credit card was used for fraudulent charges immediately after the office staff made a photocopy of it. Investigation pending.

I love this hotel, I've been there on a number of occasions spanning 3 years and every time the staff is super friendly. The rooms are very nice for the price range of $50-70, the rooms include a bed full or queen size and a fold out sofa bed. Also includes a nice bathroom and full size kitchen. Its a tad outdated but is well maintained throughout. There's 2 flatscreens both with cable. But the privacy and safe area of augusta is what I really enjoy. The hotel is located next to a highway but there is no through traffic and its next to a residential outlet on the opposite side.

There's some higher end hotels located throughout Augusta but they are typically pricy and come with some shady looking pedestrians or parking spaces.

When I stay at Executive Suites Inn, I feel at ease knowing my car is less than 20 feet away and the other guests never bother me and I've never had any noise issues. This hotel is a great family owned hotel and its a shame more people don't feel the same about it as I do.

Big fat goose egg is what this place deserves. A zero!!!! Ms Vicky or her manager, Ms D, literally come to my room everyday fussing about something. It's turned into harassment. They refuse to acknowledge that their rooms are disgusting. Couch is broken, can't sit on it, dishwasher is broken, remote for the TV doesn't work (it's not just the batteries) TV in the bedroom isn't hooked up, leak under bathroom sink, WIFI barely works. Rotten wood columns outside room and huge ant hills. I wish I would have kept all my receipts for the cleaning products I've purchased in the two weeks I've been here. Got a 2 year old son and after scrubbing tub 4 times it's still too disgusting to give him a bath. The on-site laundromat is filthy. No vending machines. The microwave didn't work when I first arrived. When I asked for a replacement, Ms Vicky insisted I just didn't know how to work it. She was furious when she found out it indeed wasn't working. I have never been treated so awful at a hotel as Ms Vicky and her manager Ms D have treated me. This place is a dump. I ended up spraying the outside with my own bug killer today after my son was bitten on his feet by ants

I've been coming here since May &'d I've never had a problem. Ms. Vickie always works with you &'d she tries her best to make sure you leave satisfied. To say she runs this place almost by herself, she does a really good job. I would recommend her. Never had a problem &'d I come here almost every other weekend!
