I attended a Holiday Party in a meeting room at the hotel. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommended for social or professional functions.

Excellent hotel. Modern comfortable rooms and common areas. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Food in restaurant is good but drink prices are a bit high. Only complaint is the coffee makers which tend to splatter a lot.

Disappointed with the room's condition there 3 places with torn/worn carpet and needed a thorough cleaning. Made the front desk aware and they offered a sincere apology. Delivered a Cheese, cracker & dessert plate with a chilled bottle of wine to the room.

BEWARE!! I called to make reservations and was told check in was at 12, after arriving at the hotel at 12 i was told check in was not till 3pm. I have a family of 7 with twin newborns we had to evacuate from hurricane Irma. Sitting in the car and waiting for three hours was rather stressful. The rooms were fine and met our needs. Upon leaving I got the bill which was higher than what i was quoted over the phone. To make matters worse after checking out my account was was charged a rondom $206 dollars on top of the two rooms I stayed in because the hotel said not more that 4 people can stay in one room. I have called the hotel no less than 9 times left messages with the manager and the assistant manager and have still not heard back. Obviously I will have to go to my bank and dispute the charge because at this hotel customer satisfaction is obviously not important. FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL TO STAY IN. There is a Holiday in right next door!!

Friendly staff! Room is a little small but very clean. Our family loved the cleanliness of the bathroom as well! Pools and hot tub are nice and the gym is actually one you would want to use in a hotel. We will definitely be back after this weekend especially after the customer service we have received!

Stayed here for two nights while in town on business. Room was comfortable and clean. This is not a hotel that includes breakfast with your stay, and some people may be turned off at paying $8.50 for a bowl of oatmeal (one of the cheapest things on the menu). At dinner, I had the steak which was quite good. The next evening I had a Reuben sandwich, which was not very good.

OLDER hotel, but we had fantastic service. The club floor people really took care of us with some special requests. Front desk, bartender and other staff were great. ROOMS were small and standard, but clean. We went to the bar often, but did not really eat a meal here. The lobby restaurant is convenient, but other reviews say it is so-so food. Good parking and lots of places nearby. This is a typical Sheraton that dials up the friendly service and bar. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice to have. Club level was WELL worth it for breakfast and happy hour. Would stay here again.

Clean, nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Nice staff, helpful when needed. Great location, however you do need a car to get around.

It was a clean establishment but the pool was closed which was a bummer , but the room was clean the bathroom was lovely and the staff were kind.

Excellent hotel. Probably the best in Augusta. The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant serves excellent food. No complaints.

Regular visitor here. Consistent and comfortable. Staff is courteous. Only gripe is that the club lounge food is hit or miss.
