When calling to get a room I mentioned my mother was disabled and they gave her an awesome room she was very pleased with.
Great customer service as well.

I love this place, yea the owner or middle eastern guy was a little business or had a attitude but, this place has a great staff to overlook him. This place will cater to your needs and has great rooms. I will always stay here when in the area. Alfonzo or Slick.

I stayed here with my Fiance not too long ago and I got to say I was really impressed. I've had worse stays at better hotels that charge an arm and a leg in comparison to this place. Checked the bed, the bathroom, the furniture and everything in between, not a single deficiency. Stayed there for about a week and never had any problems. Will definitely return!

The Manger is very rude!
When we made the reservation it was for a 5 person suite, and once we arrived we were badgered about if we have more than 4 people then we need to pay more. Then the Manager went as far as to go outside and look at our vehicle to see how many people are in it I come to GA often, and I will absolutely NEVER stay at this location again!

Good rooms and accommodations. Nice staff. Something more than being told we have a water fountain for water at breakfast would have been nice. Not the most expensive place but could afford a few bottles of water for breakfast

This is a hotel. It's not a nice hotel. It's not a bad hotel. It's completely adequate. Apparently, they havebreakfast in the morning but I wasn't fast enough to try it so I can't tell you how that is. Great water pressure. Polite staff. My parents didn't have a shower curtain in their room but that issue was easily resolved.

Great location to Masters. Rooms are noisy. Can hear neighbors all around. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. TV is hung on the wall crooked

Very nice place to stay. Even their "standard/basic" room is a two room suite. It doesn't have as many perks as their more expensive room with the stove top in it but still very nice nonetheless. The outside needs updating (looks old and run down) but they did a wonderful job with remodeling the inside of this hotel. The staff is super friendly, nice, and on top of any issues you might have. However, there was one person in particular that is extremely blunt and almost rude about their rules and what will happen if you break any of them. He definitely needs some help with his customer service "tone" so to speak. Definitely was willing to make sure everything was perfect with my stay but I just couldn't get over his, basically nonstop, attitude. If not for that, would have given 5 stars.

This place has some serious water leakage issues. Cabinets are warped, and so are the walls. Not to mention every outlet has a bad patch job done right next to it.

The lights in the hallway have spray paint on them and the sofas are filthy.

I only put one star because there was not an option for none. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The rooms smell like marijuana, the maids do not clean properly and will leave you towel less, the air conditioning is hit or miss but if it goes out they will give you a fan. Our sink leaked all over the floor and when I called them to fix it they never came. The phones do not work, the top bed spreads smell like they haven't been washed in god knows how long and when we got here there was still hair and dirt all over the floor from previous guests. I called to speak to the owner because he apparently only comes in for a couple hours during the day. He refused to accommodate us, he insisted on getting his staffs side of the story and proceeded to tell me my information was incorrect about his hotel and we should went elsewhere if we were unhappy. He then hung up on me so now I'm contacting corporate. We sat in an 83 degree room smelling the horrendous odor of cigarettes and marijuana. Do not stay here, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.
