Went ijn n for sons birthday pool party. The pool was supposed to be a salt water pool. Someone the night before put 2 chlorine tabs in it and no one knew. Every one who swam left with a rash including my 2 children. It also bleached girls swimsuits. Could hardly get a sorry. Next morning breakfast was cold, and seem irritated that things that were empty needed replaced.

This family owned business is great! We have parked and used their shuttle service previously and enjoyed them very much. The most recent time we had an emergency issue and they were so very understanding and accommodating to us. Definitely come here for great hospitality and customer service!

This hotel is comfortable very clean and a safe place to stay if you're going to be in town for more than just a few days. What sets this hotel apart from the quality chains is the above and beyond professional friendly helpful staff. I travel extensively and I have never stayed at a hotel whete every staff member was just helpful courteous and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and at home. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants stores and close to the freeway to do business or go shopping around town The hotel is very clean updated and worth every penny. I recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed. And if I ever return to this area again I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you AJ and all of its beautiful awesome helpful courteous friendly staff way to go guys!!!

The people who work there were really nice and helpful. I was travelling alone with 3 kids under 5 and they helped me with my luggage and were professionally friendly. The building itself is old, and showing a lot of wear. The lock on the inside of my door was broken, and there was only one high chair for the dining room. The facilities were perfectly comfortable and clean, although clearly not recently "deep cleaned." My kids loved the indoor pool, even though it was freezing!! I liked that it is 4 foot deep all the way around. The elevator seemed OLD. I would opt to take the stairs.

This place is very nice and clean. Great deal for the price. Best bang for your dollar for sure. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Rick picked me up from the airport and drove me up where I then met the front desk person, Sheli. They took great care of me and do a bang up job at what they do. Very professional. I will always be staying here when I'm in this part of the country. :) Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!

Very nicely decorated lobby, dining area. Hallways look a little dated. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The walls were thin and could hear other people nearby. Breakfast was good.. waffles, eggs, sausage etc.

Stayed overnights a catch an early am flight. The parking is adequate and we could park our car there while we were gone several days. They had van service to and from the airport. This made it very useful. The hotel itself was dated but clean. The room was fine but was dated. The experience was good.

For the quality of room, price was high. The outside lock doesn't work so anyone could walk in. Walked into the room, it was a king suite, and on the smaller end. There was a terrible overpowering musty smell. We were guessing water damage/leaking until we opened a drawer old rotten food!! It was late though driving 17 hours with kids we just wanted to sleep! We did notify the front desk gal right away but it didn't seem like a big deal to her. GROSS. No type of apology was offered. Also, half the bathroom towels had hair in them! Yuk. Won't be back to any Quality for a long time if at all.

Our nicest stay this trip! Great front desk experience. The whole hotel is surprisingly beautiful. The honoring our nation's heroes in the halls was a nice touch. The breakfast was like you'd expect of a higher priced hotel! One of us had a cough and even the Kleenex was nice unlike competitors.

Odor, dingy, keys wouldn't work, toilet overfilled, short staffed-the gal did an amazing job keeping up but I could tell she was overwhelmed.
They are in the middle of remodeling, so some areas were not accessible. 7/26/17
Once it gets updated and cleaned, I think it will be a strong 4 stars possibly low 5.

I used a parking service to park here during my trip. The lady at the desk was super nice and offered me breakfast, she also was super informative. The driver was just as nice and it was overall a excellent experience. The place looks nice and clean and I wouldn't hesitate staying there if I had to!

The first red flag was during booking, I asked what the military rate was. Whomever was working had no idea. I asked if they could look it up, or call someone, no. Awesome. Upon arrival we were told we booked two rooms. The front desk attendant couldn't cancel it for us. Nice. It took us about 15 minutes to find our room, the parking is very spread out. We got to our room and the air was off, it was 91 degrees! There was silly string stuck to the wall, and out of the 8 outlets in the room 2 worked to charge phones and ipads. After getting settled we tried the pool, it was a little grimy. The room was clean, and employees nice enough. I would never book this hotel again. Other than the front desk lady who helped up, the hotel was pretty awful.

Pretty clean, nice staff, complimentary breakfast. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Airport shuttle was convenient. Plenty of cable channels available. Bathtub stain unattractive, but understandable. Would recommend!
