Absolutely Horrible!! I stayed here 4/21/2018 we reserved a room with a crib months in advance and was givin a urine, feces, and, vomit stained playpen after having to ask for it after arriving. When I asked for a clean one they had none to give us and we had to go buy our own. They did give me a refund for the playpen but it should have never come to that in the first place. The curtains in our SUITE had holes all through them and duck tape fixing holes in the door. We couldn’t use the pool due to other guest dumping beer into it. When the front desk front desk clerk was notified of the situation nothing was done to resolve it. I would Highly Recomend NOT staying at this Hotel.

Top 3 worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was rude, there was no breakfast, plumbing didn’t work, whole place smelled like marijuana and cops were called twice while I was there.

I had a reservation for 01/30/2018 – 02/03/2018. I checked into the hotel on 1/31/2018 in the wee hours of the morning. I was so tired I just took off my clothes and laid down in the bed on top of the comforter. The following day, I pulled back the comforter and slept on top of the flat sheet. On the third day, I pulled back the flat sheet and noticed the fitted sheet was visibly soiled. The following morning, I stripped the bed and left the soiled sheets and mattress pad in the corner. When I returned to the hotel later that evening, the maid had balled up the mattress pad and left it on the sofa and put the same soiled sheets back on the bed. I notified the night receptionist, who apologized and told me to speak with the general manager in the morning.

The following morning, when I went downstairs to speak with the general manager, the receptionist Renee, stated the general manager was not available. I proceeded to tell her about my experience. Renee became EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and VOLATILE. She attempted to put me out of the hotel and when I refused to leave she called the police. When the police arrived, they asked me what happened, laughed, and said they get these types of calls all the time from the hotel, and they left. In the meantime, an elderly lady came downstairs to request a refund and early checkout because her room was nasty!

Later that morning when the general manager arrived, I explained the situation to him, he apologized for Renee’s behavior and the lack of proper housekeeping. He offered some sort of compensation “to make it right,” but I declined the compensation because that was not the intent of my complaint. Nonetheless, he stated he would address my concerns. A few days later I received a telephone call from Renee that was one racial expletive after another, so the issue had not been resolved.

We had tv and telephone problems in the first suite were given, so we were moved next door. Lona, manager allowed us to use both suites with connecting doors. Lots of room. Everything else was good.

I would stay somewhere else if you can. I didn't like the staff that checked me in. They lied to me. I would've stayed somewhere else but they already charged me for the room. They will lie right to your face. After it was all done I complained via email they said sorry and give us another chance. They never addressed my issues! I'm heading back up to this area for work and will have 6 rooms for a couple weeks. This hotel will not get the money.

The sign was hard to find from the highway but the GPS took us straight there. The room was quite large and very well furnished. Rooms, bed and bathroom were all very clean. Staff was nice and very quick with our check in. We had reservations and everything was in order. The breakfast was pretty good but could use some better management. There is only 1 waffle station and making waffles for my kids took quite some time. There was a great selection of food (both hot and cold) but they ran out of milk and several people were stuck with dry cereal. All in all it was a great stay!

Our room was connected to another room with a door and we could hear every word our neighbors were saying. Also there was only one ice machine for the entire building and it was not operating efficiently. Other than that it was a good price for what we got.

The remodelled rooms are very nice and clean. Plenty of towels and tolietries were provided. The best part was the pressure and temperature of the shower! Breakfast had many options, and we were treated like kings. One of my best hotel experiences honestly!

Decent room for the price Advertised queen size beds they were NOT queen size beds they were not an inch bigger than a full sort of odd smell but overall not bad for a passing through 6 to 7 hour stay.

The hotel was comfortable enough. It was recently remodeled, but the finishing touches are lacking. Lots of gaps in the tile work, cracked sink basin, etc. Nothing major just funky. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Pretty quite too.

    Disgusting.
When checking room we found hair and crumbs between the sheets. I informed the front desk in person, he blamed house keeping and said he would have to find someone to change the sheets. I offered to change the sheets for him(so we would not be disturbed)and he took me up on that offer and handed me the sheets.
The toilet seat was so loose it waa a challenge to stay centered on the toilet (i did not offer to change or tighten the seat this time).
The luggage cart was no help, it had been repaired by a engineer with duct tape where the frame was broken. It wobbled and threatened to fall over the whole time.
I really think the room was nice. BUT if it was my money i would've stayed elsewhere, this was where the job took us unknowingly.
