we had 8 day reservations at this hotel and when we arrived the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful her name was Leeann I think. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone above her she then refused. I asked several times and never did she get a manager for me. she acted if though she was on drugs and could not stop moving an twitching. After dealing with her for awhile she then told me that the hotel behind me has cheaper rates and I should go there to save money. We left the super 6 and ended up staying at the days in. I would STRONGLY recommend not going to this hotel because of the staff, she acted rude and like a drug addict. that wasn't the place I felt comfortable bring my child to.

Not a bad place to stay for a few days. Staff is friendly and helpful! Rooms are kept clean and the housekeeping department just can't stress it enough. There is plenty of parking and plenty of places to shop and eat nearby.
The only negative side I experienced was the main backdoor is kept unlocked 24 hrs a day posing a security risk and there is too much foot traffic in the hallways in the middle of the night that is not checked on.
I would recommend this motel to anyone and the rate is not going to break you!

This hotel was HORRIBLE! They claim to be newly renovated, but from what I saw the whole place is run down and smelled of smoke. The carpet in my room had huge stains all over. The clerk at the front desk was slow, rude and appeared to be on drugs--sniffing and wiping his nose constantly. It seemed some of his crackhead friends were hanging around the front desk and sitting around the parking lot & staying in some of the rooms. My daughters college softball team stayed in same hotel & found used syringes and other items in one of the rooms! The team had booked 2 nights but left after one due to the disgusting conditions. Some people reported their towels and bed linens were used and dirty and the desk clerk would do nothing! This is by far THE WORST hotel experience I have ever encountered!

Not impressed at all. Booked the room through Hotwire. I have used hotwire many times in the past and never been disappointed. This place is ridiculous. The front desk clerk was a complete moron. She made a point to ANNOUNCE our room number. I didn't think places even did that anymore?? The first room we were given was already occupied by another guestthank god they were not in the room when we walked in. It took a good 45 minutes to get 'checked in' and there were not even a lot of people checking in at 9pm. After speaking to the "manager" that was missing a few teeth; We were given a 2nd room, not occupied by someone else. Rooms were clean, not the fanciest of places, but it will do. I work for pest control, so the very first thing I do is check for bugs (bed bugs), they are good on that aspect. The towel rack in the bathroom is falling out of the wall. The tissue holder falls off easily. Some of the light fixtures do not even work. The chair in the room, for the table & chairs, is being held together with some duck tape! *see photos* Once we got in and settled, we heard a strange noise in the hall way. Keep in mind it is now 10:15PM. We look outside and someone is VACUUMING the hallAT 10PMWTF?! It is very true that you get what you pay for. I know my 'standards' may be a little high, but this place left A LOT to be desired.

We read a billboard describing $39.99 (or close) and up for rooms. Final cost for three kids, two adults (two bed room), and cat was $110.00 including military and AAA discount.. The La Quinta down the road was $85 for all the same and seemed more polite about discounts FALSE ADVERTISING!!
