This was for a full group of travelers (30+) the worst hotel experience in a very long time and very much not what I expect from a Sheraton hotel. Fold out couch was not made, everyone one had multiple issues with keys as in 20+, keys only last 2 days even if you were staying four days, people literally were in the utility room pulling out towels and sheets from the dryer for their room, the bar did not have a wine opener that was working the grill was broken I will stop there but it was so bad we were actually joking that we should maintain a working list. It is very clear the employees are trying very hard to help the customers but the management is not enabling them to be successful. They were all very helpful but something is very wrong with the management of this hotel. The physical hotel is not the best either for family sized stays and is showing it's considerable age.

Ate dinner at the in house restaurant. Food was good and my drink was made well. The staff was friendly and professional, especially our server Arnaz. The manager stopped by several times to make sure we were having a great dining experience. I believe her name was Lindsay and she had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time I was there. I would recommend to my friends and family.

An acceptable stay. Very convenient to highways and stadiums. Overall a decent stay but our room in particular, the shower didn't drain well and located on the bottom floor could easily hear passing car, people and music from the parking lot. The on-site restaurant is all Boulevard brewing, which not being from the area I really enjoyed some great beers that I can't normally get. Room was affordable on non game night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance off the road is kind of strange and easy to miss thinking it's the driveway for the fast food and gas stations located in front.

The room was clean. I got the opportunity to meet a nice panhandler right outside the front door, and was entertained with the tale of how he had $25 towards an $85 bus ticket to Chicago. Although I enjoyed his recital of how he was there for work but fired for no reason, I chose to not finance his venture and I bid him good day. The first night I thought the staff were a little rude but after my time in kc, I am lead to believe they were the sweetest folks in town. On a serious note both stadiums are in view of the balcony. The place is close to attractions and I would recommend it to a friend.

The room exceeded my expectations. It was clean and had all of the amenities a woman needsincluding a strong stream shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotionextra towels and even a hairdryer. The room service did a great job, too. The pillows and bed were super comfortable. And the front desk was personable and efficient. I'm definitely staying again.

The room is simple but clean. The staff were very helpful. Our room was a little humid so they quickly switched us to another one. I enjoyed our stay there.

It's a nice hotel seems a little run down. But, nice lobby, friendly staff, nice rooms. We have a double room seems a little small but not bad at all. Pool is nice in the basement away from everything. Has a laundry room. A little pricey but it is the weekend so that's what I expected.

FOR THE PRICE, this is a 5-star great place to stay. Under $100. Check in was easy, they even let me check in early. Staff have all been very friendly and helpful - even the maintenance guy said hello and asked if there's anything I needed. Room was very clean, linens crisp. They already had the requested fridge in my room when I arrived. Bed comfortable, maybe not luxury, but not bad at all. I read a few bad reviews, but I can't understand. Either those people are impossible to please, or maybe this place has made some changes. I highly recommend this place if this is your price point.

This hotel was economical, but it was nothing special. One thing to know is that all of the hotels in the sporting activity area charge an extra tax. So if you aren't attending a ball game you will be paying as though you are. The hotel also treats consumers as if they are as well. A 20% charge is added to the bill and is removed as long as the room is in order.

For our stay we ended up in a room that had a strong musty odor the minute we walked in. There was no fan in the bathroom, so if there was moisture in the room, there was no place for it to go. There was no bar soap provided in the bathroom either. All soap/shampoo/moisturizer was dispensed from a device in the shower, which was tough for our youngest to reach.

The beds were adequate twin beds, but nothing special. There was no refrigerator nor microwave. Supposedly this was a deluxe room, but there was little that was deluxe about it. We booked directly with the hotel and paid a bit more than other online services priced the rooms at, somewhat trusting the hotel would treat us right. We won't make that mistake again here.

The staff was decent and hospitable and this hotel met our needs, but we likely won't come back.

We pre-paid for a king room about 2 months before our trip. When we arrived we were put in a full size bed handicap room across the hall from the laundry room. When I asked about it I was told VERY rudely (she cut me off before I could finish my sentence) it didn’t matter because we booked through a 3rd party app. I stated to the lady at the desk again, “But we pre-paid for a king..” “Doesn’t matter you booked through a 3rd party app”. So I walked away because I couldn’t even finish a sentence. We laid in bed all night listening to the large floor fan placed right next to our door pointing into the laundry room most of the night and about 6 am the laundry staff proceeded to carry on conversation very loudly outside our door. In their defense they did have to speak over the fan to hear each other. I would’ve loved to ask the front desk person about this fan the night before but since I couldn’t even finish my first sentence without her interrupting me, I was getting mad and I figured it wasn’t going to get me anywhere. Worst nights rest in a long time staying at a hotel and apparently booking a non-refundable room through a 3rd party app gets you nothing but the leftovers!! The only thing enjoyable about this hotel was the location because we attended the Royals Game.

Did not get bed we asked for. Lady gave us 2 free drink cards for bar and said they were good for anything. Come to find out it's just beer and wine. Air conditioner wouldn't go below 72 and it was humid in room and tv didn't work. And there was a fan in hallway all night. Loud.

This is a good hotel. The road to the hotel is easy to miss, I drove past it twice. The parking is odd and will likely force you to walk quite a ways to the front entrance and I couldn't find another entrance I could use. The lobby is really nice. We got there around 9:00 pm and had to wait a little bit for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The room was nice and clean, exactly what we'd hope for. Great room. Only problem I had was the bath was only like a foot deep. Though I didn't use the pool, there was a lot of people there I saw who did use it so it must be decent at least. The location is great if you're there for a game, you could walk to the Cardinals stadium. Staff was friendly.

The staff here is awesome. All of them were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay.

The room was clean, modern, and well appointed with a small coffee maker (I was shocked that the coffee was actually pretty good), refrigerator, microwave, and a USB charging stand right by the bed.

There was some construction going on right by the hotel. The room was soundproofed well enough that I didn't hear it, though.

I would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself in Kansas City.

The person who checked us in wad wonderful. She observed my daughter pick up a Royals schedule and put us on the 4th floor stadium side. Needless to say, my daughter and the rest of us were very happy with where or room was. The room was clean and looked very nice. Because of the game we had a little bit of a walk from the parking lot. We would recommended this hotel to our friends and family.
