  I've known these guys for a very long time and never have I been more pleased with the service and quality! From fully custom molded body work, to flawless paint, to factory like new repairs I've had it all done here and never looked back. Simple questions, touch ups, expert repair it's a no brainer. Give some local support to 2 guys who deserve it.

  My car looks better than before the accident! They even went beyond the accident repairs and fixed my trunk door, which was out of alignment. They also drove my car to my house since I did not have a ride to the shop to pick it up. Personable and perfectionists!

  Quality Cares provides supreme customer service! Richard did an amazing job fixing our truck after a good amount of body damage from hitting a deer. From start to finish they took care of everything. The finished product was amazing. Highly Recommend Quality Cares

  Brought my car to have the rear bumper painted after a minor mishap and wound up getting my entire car painted by Richard and his dad due to an unfortunate fender bender that occurred in their parking lot before I could pick up my car. They went above and beyond, not only getting me a new part, but repainted my entire car at their own expense! The car looks great and I am very pleased with not only their workmanship, but their good hearts and generosity!

  Got my car in a wreck and was confusing looking for just "a place" to fix my car, since I've just moved from CA and know nothing about auto shop in this area. Found this on Google and Yelp with best reviews I've ever seen and they're close to my house than other shops. Richard Jr. is an awesome man. He's professional, knowledgeable yet funny and honest. His shop at the moment just has him and his dad so it'll take time to get car fixed but it is really worth the wait.
  Richard told me he would try to reduce my deductible which is 500 bucks to not paying a dime. Eventually, my car came out in perfect condition, shiny with 4 NEW TIRES (which I ordered him to change) and paid less than 300 bucks out of my pocket. I've never been happier with any auto shops from CA to VA. Thank you both Richard!!

  I recently purchased a new truck and, as luck would have it, someone backed into it. Although the damage was minor, I didn't want to have scratches on a new truck. So, I contacted Richard about a quote and was surprised that he offered to fix it for free. Again, the damage was minor, but he took the time to fix it at no cost to him! Richard is a very knowledgeable, professional and kind person who did an excellent job fixing my truck. "It's cool to be kind!" :)
