  Mr. Bone, I just want to take the opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate how well I was treated by your service department earlier this month. While traveling, my 1965 Buick developed cooling system problems and another local facility, which I had used before, refused to even look at the car. The employees in your service department were extremely accommodation, fixing my car properly and doing everything that my brother and I needed to continue our trip. The care and concern with which we were treated was truly comforting and reassuring. As I travel the I-95 corridor with some frequency, I now consider Roanoke Rapids a safe haven If I need help.   Good morning, I am just getting home from having my car serviced in your highly qualified service department. I want to pass along that I received not only expert car care, but friendly, respectful and very courteous personal care as well. We have always traded with Bone's, and always thought we got great service however that was until I experienced the service rendered by Phillip Massey and his very capable team. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. Many thanks to them all and to Bone's management for having the foresight to hire such a competent crew. Betsey
