BEWARE! I was given multiple prices. Never informed of there "policies" waited five and a half hours and my problem was never fixed. Was then charged $200 for the labor of them taking my car apart and putting it exactly back the way it was. No fix. No part. nothing for $200.

The exterior of the shop looks like most non-dealer run auto shops, but the service you receive from the owners and staff is exceptional. I have taken my car to Harrison's for scheduled maintenance and as small and major car issues have come up. Each time is a good experience. As a female customer, I feel like I am respected as a customer and treated with the same respect as a more knowledgeable "car person." I would highly recommend Harrison Auto for your automotive needs.

I would reccomend this shop to all women who are afraid of getting ripped off. They are so friendly it seemed to good to be true. They speak to you with respect. They are the most honest people that I have seen in the business. I had gone to 3 auto shops before going there. The first price I got from the dealership was $450 plus for all the work that needed to be done. The second shop $380 and the third shop never game me a price or took the time to look at my vehicle after they promised they would. I paid less than $170. I took my car there at the close of businesss on a Tuesday and by Thursday it was ready. Amazing!!!!!!!!!! The mechanic even called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it cost to fix it before any work was done. I am completely satisfied with the services. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
