This shop and all of its team members are amazing. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. I have not ridden a bike since I was 12. I am 28 now. Current circumstances in my life require me to utilize a bike for my everyday transportation. I am also very broke. Quality happily tuned up my bike for lower cost than other shops and took the time to describe many of the features on my bike. Monday of this week, 7/3, I woke up to a flat tire. I took the bike up to quality and they repaired my bike same day. I will most definitely use this shop for all of my biking needs.

I purchased 3 bikes from Quality and about to get a 4th for mountain biking. I needed carrier racks installed on all my bikes for my 8 month old son and they just went ahead and installed everything- the front basket for my wifes bike, water bottle holders, my Yakima bike hauler for my truckall of the little stuff adds up. I was in there for several hours buying multi tools to service the bikes, shorts, a rear chair and helmet for my son to ride with me. I received help the entire time by Wayne and staff. There was a persistent noise from one of my front brakes that swapping pads didn't fix but they figured it out and now its fine. They also offer tune ups n tweaks for life for ppl that buy from them. All of that stuff adds up. You WILL need help tweaking your new mountain bike, or adjusting an XYZ on your city cruiserbuy local from a local biz and you will get awesome service, prices and tech advice from these guys. Couldn't be happier.

I have been a customer of Quality Bikes for over 4 years. They are great people. They have great customer service and are always willing to help. I have since moved away from savannah but still make the hour drive to take my business to them.

Coolest staff. Very helpful, and reasonable prices. Fixed my busted tire, gave me solid advice, and I was road worthy before I knew it! I'm from out of town, so I just happened to pass by. I'd definitely recommend Quality Bike Shop to anyone who isn't sure which bike shop to pick.

Just had a bike repair done there and couldn't have been happier. Wasn't sure if they could do my repair today but they got my bike and it was ready a few hours later. Very friendly, too. Will definitely be back and would be happy to recommend them to anyone!
