This is the worst country club I've ever been too! Your staff are delinquents.

Food at the CC is fabulous. Not at the hotel. Don't confuse them with your reviews

Very poorly managed, grounds crew barely do their job, the course is in horrible shape they have way too many events, ball marks and divots everywhere, nobody fixes divots they provide sand in the golf cart but not on the tee boxes so the tee boxes are very poor. The grounds crew consists of teenagers can college students on summer break and unprofessionals, the food and beverage is way overpriced and nothing spectacular, I would rather go into the hotel part and eat at the hotel restaurant, way better food and better pricing, no discounts for family, and there is a limit on how many times you can bring a family member or guests. The only reason I'm a member is because it is conveniently close to my home, I spend barely any money there, and only use the golf facilities and the pool,. when you're driving on the golf path, very crumbled and potholes everywhere, if you're not careful you can chip your tooth or dump your drink while driving to your Ball.

I enjoy Taco Tuesday and also Christmas Eve dinner. (I live in Florida so I don't get to go often) It's a great club to belong to though!

Rangers on us about pace of play when the course was cart path only and we were playing a scramble with 11 guys. Not as great as everyone mentioned. Course is more of a $50/18 not $85. Pretty rude culture here. I was surprised.

What a wonderful club, from the pool to the golf courses to the great restaurant with great outdoor dining and views it was a great choice for us. The staff and members are all so friendly we are looking forward to a fun Summer here!

Quail Hollow Country Club is second to none! The staff, the grounds, which includes two 18 hole championship golf courses and the Clubhouse are amazingto say the least!

Karen Ruth, the GM, and her entire staff take pride in delighting the membership one guest and one member at a time. The food is amazing and the menu is ever changing with the seasonal menuas well as with the anchor menu that is offered daily for lunch and dinner. Their brunch on the weekends is superior!

If you would love to dine in an elegant yet warm and friendly environment, please consider the private Quail Hollow Country Club!

The Manager Karen Ruth and he Male Manager are the rudest most cold hearted people I have ever crossed paths with. We had just arrived in town from traveling all day to get here as my wife's mother had passed away suddenly. My wife's sister a member of Quail for over 12 years took us to eat at the club. We were 1:40 into our dinner when a male manager approached my wife and said I have a challenge" She was wearing a brand new black hooded sweated shirt with the word Grandmother on it- He said to her I need to follow me to remove that sweatshirt and put on one of their shirts that sweatshirts were not permitted- My daughter was with us an had a gorgeous black sweater not a hoodies a sweater coat and offered to let my wife slip that over her Grandma sweatshirt but he told her no- Mind you we had already been there 1:40- He told my wife to stand in this back closet hallway area and came back with a collared shirt told her to put it on and when she leaves to take it off an leave at the desk. He was extremely rude.My sister n law the member asked to speak with Karen the manager - She also told this guy that harassed my wife he went about this the wrong way.. Karen the manager came to the table there was 7 of us there. She was told the situation and was made aware we just had arrived her mother's death. Karen did not care - She went on to tell us how this happened with another member before an they still do not speak to her.. We tried to tell her it would of been one thing had they approached us when we first arrived but not when we were almost finished with our dinner. My wife told Karen she could compensate us for our dinners since none of us wanted to finish after this harassment an interruptions- She whispered to my wife "You want to be thrown out of here". - At that point my wife got up took the shirt off and give it to my daughter to give back to the guy manager and she left.. This was a very unprofessional way to handle matters such as this. They should of approached her when she came in for dinner.. There was other ways to deal with this more rationally. There were folks sitting next to us with worn out sweatshirts- holes in their back pockets etc..The service was terrible and the food was not very good at all.. Not the club they try an portray themselves to be Save yourself the time and aggravation and find another place to take your dining experience.. Karen and her manager guy need to be let go for this..
