The staff accommodated the small meeting well. Forgoing a big conference room in favor of removing bed furnishings and replacing them with tables and chairs. The only downside to this was the possibility of walking into another guest's room. Overall, well done!

My mom decided to take me and some of my friends(yes i have friends) to go their for my 13th b-day and i'm soooo excited FRIDAY is about to be a FRIYAY!!!!!!! Do you like chicken as much as Eve Music.. bet not k bye

The rooms where very clean. The breakfast is well stocked with a good variety. Easy access from the interstate.

Extremely happy with our stay here. The staff really does a great job keeping things clean and tidy, you can tell they take pride in it. Easily the nicest hotel in Ashtabula.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were in good condition, clean, no holes, all appliances were functioning. Location is nice as a gas station and rest stop is nearby

Staff was nice; room was good. We were really only there to sleep so can't say much about it. It had also been a long day so while I slept while I can't accurately say it was because of the hotel. The bed and seating were comfortable. Was able to get coffee even though breakfast was over.

Right off the highway. Very clean. Good breakfast. We really enjoyed the pool. Fitness room is small but has free weights!

Made a last-minute decision to stop and spend the night. Got a nice room with a king bed, refrigerator, couch, for $120. Room was clean and comfy. The free breakfast was pretty standard but nice. We didn't use the pool but there was a pool and it looked nice.

Here for an overnight stay. Didn't know that I was going to be charged for "incidentals" until after he swiped my card even though I prepaid. However, aside from that the place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet. Pool is heated. Surprised it is only classified as a 2 1/2 star hotel.

One of the few hotels in the area. Cleaning left a bit to be desired. There was dust accumulation along the room and hallway baseboards. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable, but the window leaked air and the weather was cold and snowy.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff! Room was cozy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was all you could want for a complimentary breakfast. Overall, felt very well kept and updated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
