So professional! I got a tour of their facility today and those guys not only work super hard to protect, clean, and restore the customers belongings, but their warehouse is amazingly organized.

I had a water damage and my insurance appointed Puroclean for water mitigation. First they should come after incident reported on Sunday but they said they got my wrong number from insurance company and they cannot come on Sunday but Monday. The overall experience with Brandon is good but their drying process caused a lot of headache for me. The measurements process is professional but the drying one is bad. On the first day there are two guys came and removed ceiling drywall and floor. Firstly, one guy keep not wearing the mask when talking to me or inside my house even though Covid cases are increasing with omicron. Second, they only removed a part on the floor and left other wet area remained. They also did not remove a wet drywall part. Third, when removing drywall ceiling and insulation in the garage, they cut too deep in the house joists, I’m pretty concerned about the joists strength now as it supports the high traffic area(kitchen above). They missed the whole wet beam while I already explained I saw lots of water run across there and run on the wall when the incident happened. I don’t know how did they measure but after that I had to buy a humidity reader just to make sure on my end. They also installed the dust barrier but with broken zip, the dust goes all over my garage as there are multiple fans there. I don’t know their purpose to put that dust plastic barrier there if it’s not sealed, the zip wall is just open all the time. Fourth, they did not put the cover for the carpet and hardwood floor on the entrance on the first day, they did on the second day when Brandon came and asked to do so I guess. Fifth, they used a lock box to store my whole house key but did not lock the box, did not tell me the code and did not lock the door. The first day in their removal and mitigation was absolutely terrible. On the second day I had to walk through with them for every part of the area that could be damaged by the water. We then found more area to remove on the floor which can easy see just by normal eyes on the floor and place in the dry wall with insulation inside, which just next to the broken pipe area. Besides, we found that the beam was wet and the guys kept saying it’s ok and did not do that on the first day. On the second day Brandon put 2 fans to dry out but it doesn’t seem to work for 6 days. We agreed to remove the drywall there to let it dry better after continuous meter reading and the beam is still wet but Brandon changed his mind as he said there is improvement yesterday and kept debating on keep the fan run for 1 more day. It’s been 17 days with dehumidifier and 6 days with fans and the stuff is still wet. We stay in Airbnb while they do the work so I don’t want to extend the stay more and wanted a more reliable, predictable treatment. When the process doesn’t seem to work, I would expect them to change the better method instead of insisting on an insufficient one that could cost more money and more trouble time for customers. Finally, Brandon decided to remove the wet drywall there and run the fan, hopefully it gets dried in the couple of days. Overall, there are many positive signs on Puroclean and Brandon’s professionalism and enthusiasm for explaining, walking through and regular measurement check (even on weekend with Fong) but I think there are lots of improvement room for the crew on the first removal day. The first removal day job really made me doubt about their profession, reliability and quality of their work. It causes a lot stress on my side after having the water damage while I would expect the company would bring trust, reliability for customers who already got nightmare incidents. I hope Brandon and Puroclean can improve a better way to either communicate with staffs better or to do better quality control of their staff work.

We Had PuroClean handle the Water clean up from our home. I was impressed how quick they were to get on site and completed the remediation.
We are Remodelers by trade and to be able to partner with other companies to keep jobs on time is essential.
In this case it allowed us to keep helping our clients why The PuroClean team got in and got done what they needed to.

We had a water leak issue in the kitchen a couple weeks ago, and was informed water mitigation action is needed right away. Fong and his team came and did a complete check for kitchen, first floor, dry wall and crawl space. They provided a quick plan to dry wherever got impacted, and dried everything in less than two weeks.
The team is kind professional and helpful. It’s a pleasure to do business with them!
