Carpet cleaned less than 30 minutes. Carpet left uncleaned with visible spots in two rooms. I cleaned minor white stains on carpet by hand and cloth I used was filthy with dirt even though my carpet had recently been cleaned by this company. Now, I am losing more money by having a national cleaning company to properly clean my carpet. For my inconvenience, Groupon credited me $14 bucks for a $70 service fee. Shame on Groypon and this so called carpet cleaning company.

I had my entire house cleaned including steps and hallway. A two-man crew came in did an excellent job and they were out within 2 hours. Carpets were wet so you need to stay off of them preferably for the day. Next day the floor is looked great and the house smelled really good too. Would definitely use them again.

They answer the phone and communicate pleasantly. Our appt was confirmed and Ron called when en route. He helped me out with some spots and was done with 4 rooms in about an hour. Price was as quoted. We were pleased with the outcome.

I wanted to use a Groupon to utilize this service so I figured I'd read through the reviews to see what others were saying and Iamshocked by the response of the business to someone's complaint. Telling the customer that they should "contact Groupon instead of embarrassing yourself". It was unprofessional and beyond rude and let's me know to stay faaar away from this company.
