  Terry, the manager, argued with me in front of other customers saying what I bought was not from Publix as if I was trying to pull a fast one, even though the item upc and all was on the reciept. I then corrected her and told I did but this from Publix, but I live in Winter Springs. She continued to argue. I told her it was possible she didn't have it in Port Saint Lucie, but please do not try and reprimand me in front of peers to embarrass me. It is on the reciept how can you argue with me. The boy helping me return did look and agreed the item was definitely on the PUBLIX reciept. She was extremely rude.

  They say shipping is a pleasure and this location personifies that motto. Friendly, smiling staff and courteous patrons. Very nice place to shop.

  Love the store . Staff is really friendly and helpful . Specialty departments are well stocked with great products ! The only gripe i have is the cookies in the bakery are often overcooked .

  Horrible cashier. Tossed my groceries which I had to bag then had the audacity to ask for a donation. Why oh why wholefoods not in port saint lucie. Publix can take some not on customer service

  PRODUCT PLACEMENT. PRODUCT PLACEMENT. PRODUCT PLACEMENT. Do not have a sale sign for one thing and have two of the similar looking products next to each other, but one is a sale item and one is not. Very misleading. Yes, I understand that all customers should read what they are picking up, but having a big "buy one, get one free" sign then different product from what's on sale under it is wrong. What's worse is when you go up to the register and the cashier makes you feel like you are a burden if you don't purchase the item even though you didn't realize it wasn't bogo because it was in the exact same spot as the actual bogo and looks the same. Bought Chuck steak (not bogo) instead of Chuck roast (bogo).
  
  It sucks that all the years of retail/grocery and this is still a thing. Keep sale items seperate so mistakes aren't made and confusion doesn't happen.

  This has to be the most pleasant, happiest Publix I've ever experienced! I met the store manager, Stephen Lopez. He was arranging boxes, had a hair net on, and was so down to earthI didn't realize he was the manager until I looked more closely at his name tag! He had taken the the time to speak with me for a few minutes. After I checked out, a beautiful African American lady (one of the managers, I assume) came up to me and hugged me, thanking me for contributing to the $$$-food drive. This was such a kind gesture on her part. (She had found out how much I donated from the cashier. ) Both she and Mr. Lopez (and the cashier) made me feel SO special! This positive environment is why Publix was foundedmaking the customer feel special and feel at home. Thanks!
