Normally Publix has very proactive and very nice employees, but that seems to be on the decline. We were loading the car in the rain in front of 3-4 employees and none of them even made a move to offer assistance or even to take our cart when we were done. Also disappointed with the quality of the meat lately. Very tough Chuck roast and country style boneless pork ribs. Granted, these are lower cost cuts, but they used to be much better quality of meat. This has sadly been the trend with their meats. Maybe they changed suppliers.?

I like how clean it is, lines move very fast, employees are super - nice. I gave only 4 stars because overall it's expensive, I wouldn't do everyday shopping there. But every week they have specials, and those prices are unbeatable. Never know what you find on sale (though things eventually rotate full circle) so for me it always an adventure. Another plus, their vegetables and salads are walmart priced but better quality. Thirdly, they have items I can't find anywhere else. This includes food, wine and beer selections. So I love this place for once a week specialty shopping.

I usually have a great experience at this location. But this morning around 8:00am I guess Pam wasn't in the mood for us or being at work so early..because we didn't get a greeting nor did she invite us to come back. She didn't even say a thing. Just run up our items. I understand this type of behavior at a regular grocery but PUBLIX?? Funny part was the next party was greeted appropriately.

Awesome!!!! This supermarket is so convenient and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Nice to have a full fledged grocery store in the downtown city. Well 5 points.
