I found the service easy use. The recovery of my data was carried out extremely efficiently. It wasn’t cheap but the cost included a new Hard Drive. The issue for me was the recovery of my photographs, some of which were really irreplaceable. Everything I needed was carried out and the data was returned to me on the new hdd in a manner that followed my own distribution.

I had a catastrophic failure of an iMac and Proven Data recovered about 90% of what I'd lost. They also charged a lot less than the company that was suggested by the Apple Store.

Their phone service was prompt, clear and helpful and they went above and beyond to get my data and computer back to me as quick as they could.

All round a very positive experience and I would recommend.

I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to at Proven Data.
My first contact with the company was James who was very
helpful. Ruben, the tech who was change with recovering my
data, was fantastic. I don't know much about technology and
he was very patient with my questions. He wasn't able to
recover all my data but he recovered enough to make it
worthwhile. I would recommend Proven Data to anyone
who, like me, accidentally lost something they really didn't
want to lose.
