Best Chinese food in the area. Peking Duck, lobster fried rice, and shrimp velvet are some of Temple's best dishes. Staff is always great.

Best Chinese spot in the area. I have yet to have a dish that would fall short of excellent. The specials are always unique, which makes revisiting this restaurant easy and desirable. I would give an extra star if I could for the fact that it is BYOB.

I was a frequent visitor here when I lived in Red Bank and most recently did our wedding welcome dinner for our family and friends. The staff was great, the food was delicious and Victor, the owner, was great to work with on the details.

Some of the best food I've eaten! And awesome lunch specials. The owner Victor, has created some amazing and different options for Chinese food! The hot & sour soup and velvet chicken are so delicious. Worth a trip into Red Bank for a meal here!

You can also order take out ad best of all, pull up to their back door to get it. No worries about trying to find a parking spot just to pick up your meal.

Wife and I went to dinner here one evening in December; we have been wanting to try this place for months and we were highly disappointed. Service was fair at best they don't the seem to know what's going on or who is serving who. Had the dumplings which were very tasty but the filet minion egg rolls were not good, pellet ground up meat with heavy breading. We both ordered specials my wife had the garlic shrimp which looked beautiful but lacked flavor. I had the duck special which read phenomenal but was bad on all levels basically a duck egg roll. So with that we will not be back any time soon and they should remove the name gourmet.

Horrible experience, mediocre food. I went around 3 pm and sat for 40 minutes waiting. The toilet was clogged and when I was walking back to my table the kitchen door opened and I saw an old Chinese guy picking raw chicken up off of the floor with no glovesyuck. we will never come back
