Was able to get through to a dispatcher right away and my car was towed within the hour. It was a little pricey if you have to pay out of pocket, but prices are high everywhere.
I did not use their services as they wanted $600 to drive (literally) across the street and unlock my car. I think that is scandalous and they should be ashamed. I work paycheck to paycheck and don't have $600 lying around for when there's a mishap and don't know many people who do in this screwed up economy. $600? Really? H
Thieves. 950$ to tow my car 4 miles? Really? My car isn't even worth 950$. They say their in Maple Valley(where I am) but their quote was for them to come from Auburn and then back to Auburn?. I Realize and expect, more costs incurred because of the weather but that is just robbery. It was not like it was a weekend or night, or a holiday, or way out at the pass. Was just a regular Monday. If money's no object they may be right for you and they may do a great job towing but, no thanks. Also I used their website's"service request" to get this quote, but they never contacted me, so thats a waste of time. I eventually called them.
Don't even think of using this business without a quote in writing. Freeway accident occurred and we called them (not highway patrol) after searching on Google for heavy tow. Needed lightly damaged unit moved 15 miles. $6,400 later and much wiser we know who not to call going forward. Bill is inflated by 300%. Their motto should be Have truck-will gouge Do your homework. Most expensive tow in my 40 year history for a local move. We operate 115 trucks and use tow companies almost every week.
These guys are and have always been great. Never want to call them (If you do, you have car issues), but had to today, and they were on it quickly, clean truck, awesome driver and just kind of doing things right. Not always easy to find these days! This is the same experience had with them 15 years back as well. Wamon is a great guy(Driver)!
