I found myself in need of a towing services on Christmas day. Most companies was closed, long wait.. Long story short I called Pro Towing and they told me they were only doing emergency however he was on the way. Less than 10min he arrived and assessed the issue (non emergency). Just like that I was on my way w/o being towed. I was so taken back by his willingness to help I forgot to ask his name. Thanks for your professionalism and willingness to help. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I used Pro Tow of Columbia SC this morning. Very foggy day and on the way to the Columbia airport I got stuck on the railroad tracks. (Ermine Road)
A young man from Pro Tow got me off the tracks. He was professional, understanding and handled my car with kid gloves. I would use this company if you’re ever in the need of a tow truck in the Columbia SC area.
I don’t normally write reviews, but this was exemplary service. Kudos to the young man (I did not think to get his name) and his company!!!

my car broke down lastnight and i literally called 3 other towe companies and they wouldn’t come due to the distance and my road being dirt. I called Pro Tow and they were so empathetic and fast! Literally had someone On the mission to get my car and bring it to me in less then a hour! I will forever recommend Them. Thank you so much!

Literally hooked me up on 26 West in rush hour after my truck decided it needed a rest and stopped in the new breakdown lane. Pro Tow was fast and efficient. Rodney was in touch the entire time and took care of business driving my truck and I to my mechanic. Great service.
